I would like to remove my account from the Zoho system as I don't require their services any more. However, I can't do it because I have to delete my current Portal. Hi, is it possible to get a project's time sheet of previous years ? lets say, year 2013 ? does the api only able to give logs of the current year ? It isn't an issue of wrong URL request or parameters, because it's working on all other projects calls, that have timeline intervals around 2014. In the Developer Space, my Zoho Account shows: ZSC Key : 58ce85e37ff06669de6bb021c1f821f7 and a button to regenerate it 2. The API documentation talks about being logged in from a browser to get an AUTHNUM from https://accounts.zoho.com/apiauthtoken/create?SCOPE=ZohoProjects/projectsapi 3. Good day, we are testing your nice software as an alternative to JIRA solution (we used till now). Currently, we suffer from a few minor problems, that are probably quite easy to implement, but should really improve user experience for developers. 1. imagine developer work on a bug. He did one hour of work. To record this hour, he has from list of bugs, open certain bug, tap on "Log hours" tab, tap on "Add log hours", write hours and comment, tap "Add", tap "Close" in corner to close bug screen.

Hi: It seems like "new and simpler 4.0" is starting to become to simplified for its own good. Another headache my company is experiencing (along with this problem, and others ) is that when you create a new task, the email to notify the owner is now terribly generic: "Task Added" Previously it used to contain "[Project Name] - Task Name" This needs to be changed back, or at least give users an option to customize the subject fields, and not just for New Task creation, but for all email notifications

Cannot add existing user to a Project (Portal vs Client users???)
I have 4 admin users registered to Zoho CRM. 3 of them come up as portal users and one comes up as a client user. When i try to add the client user to existing projects the request goes through but nothing happens. When i try to import user from CRM i get the same error. We did not have to set anything specific for the first 3 users to view the existing and new projects. The user which is having issues viewing the projects was also added the same way. Please help clarify what needs to be done
Adding tags to tasks
Is there any plan to add tags to tasks? I would find it very helpful to be able to add "at computer" or "phone" as a tag to a task, then to be able to search by these tags. This would allow me to only view the phone calls I needed to make when I'm in a good position to make a number of phone calls. Sort Projects Alphabetically
Is there a way to alphabetically sort projects that appear in a list? For example, if I'm outside of a project and want to enter time, the Project menu dropdown lists project names in a seemingly random order. How do I link a client submitted ticket to an internal ticket
Currently I have a project that represents our internal ticket queue (only viewable by our company). I would like to allow customers to submit tickets directly but I only want them to see their own tickets (no internal tickets or dialog). Is this possible and how? I did set up a public project for them and I see they can submit tickets but how can I link those to internal tickets so they are accessible in one project. Where in Projects can I see the Account that is associated from CRM?
I have integrated CRM and Projects and I can create a Project from CRM and it appears in account page in the CRM. However if I am in Projects and look at my Project list or even the project detail, I can see no reference to the account to which it is associated. Am I missing something, or is this critical piece of information not displayed in Projects?
Feed disappeared
About one hour ago we noticed that the feed disappeared for us inside our Zoho Projects. Tasks, documents, and other thins are still there but no feed. We've tried Status, Announcements, and other things... no luck. Seems to be the case across all three projects.
