How can I change project owner in zoho project?

According to the FAQ, there should be a Change Portal Owner option in Admin Settings. However, I don't have that option there. I am using the free plan. Is that option available only for the paid plans? If the option is not available in a free plan, I would request Zoho support to change ownership manually. I am trying to develop an application which uses ZOHO APIs to get data from zoho server. I am using following API to get bugs from zoho. https://projectsapi.zoho.com/portal/niplsap/api/private/json/bug/getprojbugs?authtoken=authToken&projId=projectId&from=from&range=range It works fine , I am getting all bugs of projects but it returns only recently updated record of bug (i.e. Last modified record). My requirement to get whole history of that particular bug not only recent record , I want whole HistoryIntegration with my current POP email account

Hi, I am new to ZOHO projects, me and my team created a project which was almost in Testing stage and thus created 4-5 tasks. As the task's were getting completed team kept completing the task to 100% and thus it got closed. Now if I view all OPEN and CLOSED Task then I see 3 strike out task (symbolizing closed task) and one open task. But if in View, closed task check box is un-checked , only OPEN task's are visible. And if I click CLOSED TASK LIST, I see nothing "NO COMPLETE TAST LIST". I am Littlehow to sort tasks by name in Gantt Chart view?

The colors are so washed out on the screen. Red looks like pink etc. You can barely see the patterns. If this is something we are using all day to manage our business it would be helpful to have more choices in the color spectrum at the very least. Richer more vibrant colors and patterns shouldn't be too hard to do. Unless I'm missing something. Hello, I cannot access the Gantt charts & Kanban boards. I have a freebie version, but my understanding is that I am still supposed to have a limited access version in the free plan. Despite what is written in the online documentation, Tasks & Milestones are separate menu options. On either one, I cannot find the Gantt chart selection. Hi, i have a question about the overview on the in progress tasks. On every task we create we set a start and due date. We would like all our people to look into their 'in progress tasks' on the webclient. The only problem is that the overview sorts on start date instead of due date. Am I the only one who would like to see my milestones, tasklists and task on the same page? For me, it will really help in meetings where I am trying to brief my Management on the current status of a project. Ideally, this option would exist on the Gannt view. Hi, I created Zoho project and added few users to my project (with their valid email id). But there is no email notifications that has gone to their email address. Now they are not able to 'Sign In' or register (as their email id already exists). Could you please let me know how to reset their password? Few problems: I had intended to use MS Project to develop my plans as I have used for years. The problem is that when I import the project, ZoHo Projects does not recognise the Milestones that have been created. It is quite normal to set certain Tasks as Milestones, how do I do this in ZoHo? Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. To customize, navigate to Task & Timesheet settings under Portal Configuration in Zoho Projects setup and enableCatch Zoho Projects' New Video Series!

I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
