I'm coming back to Zoho projects after using Jira for a while and i have to say that it feels so much more intuitive and coherent than Jira. Although very powerful Atlassian tools are built on modular architecture and different modules feel very disjointed and the workflow is far from smooth. We were using Jira Agile plugin and it felt like a bolt-on rather than integrated experience. After i saw that Zoho had integrated Kanban view i figured i'll give it another try and so far it's nice. Hi, I am trying to do the following and need advice on how to do it: 1. I'm assigning sub tasks and even sub-sub tasks under various tasks in a project template. In all there are around 20 or so sub tasks. I can go to each of the 20 sub tasks and assign it individually, but that is tedious. Hi, is it possible to get a project's time sheet of previous years ? lets say, year 2013 ? does the api only able to give logs of the current year ? It isn't an issue of wrong URL request or parameters, because it's working on all other projects calls, that have timeline intervals around 2014. Hi All I'm a relatively new user of projects, and it is proving to be very useful in managing repeatable workflows with templates. I have 4 admin users registered to Zoho CRM. 3 of them come up as portal users and one comes up as a client user. When i try to add the client user to existing projects the request goes through but nothing happens. When i try to import user from CRM i get the same error. We did not have to set anything specific for the first 3 users to view the existing and new projects. The user which is having issues viewing the projects was also added the same way. Is there any plan to add tags to tasks? I would find it very helpful to be able to add "at computer" or "phone" as a tag to a task, then to be able to search by these tags. This would allow me to only view the phone calls I needed to make when I'm in a good position to make a number of phone calls.
