When will we be able to set the project roles a person is working as, when logging time on a task? Without this capability, we are unable to use Zoho Reports with Projects, and have to export time sheets to excel to do all reporting. Employees log their role at the beginning of the notes section, then we parse it out in excel. The colors are so washed out on the screen. Red looks like pink etc. You can barely see the patterns. If this is something we are using all day to manage our business it would be helpful to have more choices in the color spectrum at the very least. Richer more vibrant colors and patterns shouldn't be too hard to do. Unless I'm missing something. Hello, I cannot access the Gantt charts & Kanban boards. I have a freebie version, but my understanding is that I am still supposed to have a limited access version in the free plan. Despite what is written in the online documentation, Tasks & Milestones are separate menu options. On either one, I cannot find the Gantt chart selection. Also, I used to have access to a Kanban board. I don't mean the bug tracker - I mean all tasks in general. Is this still available for the freebie version as well?Overview on in progress tasks
Hi, i have a question about the overview on the in progress tasks. On every task we create we set a start and due date. We would like all our people to look into their 'in progress tasks' on the webclient. The only problem is that the overview sorts on start date instead of due date. Am I the only one who would like to see my milestones, tasklists and task on the same page? For me, it will really help in meetings where I am trying to brief my Management on the current status of a project. Ideally, this option would exist on the Gannt view. Hi, I created Zoho project and added few users to my project (with their valid email id). But there is no email notifications that has gone to their email address. Few problems: I had intended to use MS Project to develop my plans as I have used for years. The problem is that when I import the project, ZoHo Projects does not recognise the Milestones that have been created. It is quite normal to set certain Tasks as Milestones, how do I do this in ZoHo? One of my users is a bit frustrated by the amount of e-mail he is receiving from Zoho Projects. From what I can tell, e-mail notifications aren't very flexible. A user can turn them off, and that's about it? Correct me if I am mistaken. I want to suggest a daily digest e-mail notification setting for users.
