Where can I find custom fields in Zoho Projects?
I just signed up for the enterprise version of zoho projects, but I cant find a custom fields section as it displayed in the product features section when I was subscribing. Please tell me how to add custom fields. Also how do I see client/company name when viewing all projects? Please guide.How many users can I have in Zoho Project Free version?

Hi Guys, Now this is only a little thing, but I think there's a typo in the notification for people inviting to join the conversation. I have received a few emails now that follow this form: XXXXXX has invited to join the conversation YYYYYYY. To me, this doesn't read good English - it should be: XXXXXX has invited YYYYYYYY to join the conversation ZZZZZZZ. It's in the subject and content. Emailing for the first time to my ticket will upload the comment correctly. Such as: But, when I send another comment, the email address is remembered by my email program, so the email looks like this: Notice the "saved" email in the CC. It is the same address. Hi all, Since the latest release of Zoho none of our users using IE 8 or 9 can access Zoho Projects, they just get a blank screen. The only way around this is to go back to version 3. Hi, We have just signed up for zoho and I could not find an answer to my question in the forum using the search function. We are using Google Apps (calendar) and we would like to have the entire calendar from Zoho (i.e. all tasks of all employees) showing up as one calendar in Google. Hello, At the moment im building a script te create a csv file with all bugs that are not closed for a certain set of projects. Is it possible to request only the bugs of a project that are open? If not i will have to make quite a bit off calls to retrieve ALL bugs of the projects i want and then exclude all the bugs that are closed. Ofcourse this will work, but it'd be great not haveing to do those extra requests :) That being said, creating a export like this will require me to make around 30 requestsDay duration in hours
Concerning the day's duration, it would be better to add a day's duration field. When adding the day's start and end dates, it's basically taking into consideration our one hour lunch break for example which might not give accurate results when predicting the task's end date. For example, our working day consists of 8 hours + 1 hour lunch break. So when I add our day's start hour as 9 and end as 6 it's calculating a working day as 9 hours. In this case if I set a task to need 12 hours, it will divideIs there a way to show what are the next tasks for each project?

Hello! I am using trial zoho project, and i like it - our company will buy license, after finishing one test project - if we are satisfied. So far it is helpful and nice, but one things is VERY annoying. I want to see tasks ordered by start date, for example. Hello again me, We have 30 active projects which each month have the same tasks (contract over 3 years). Should we create Templates for them or EXCEL and import them? This are like 36 one month projects once the month is done it is closed, that's why we don't create one big project... Any idea how to implement this .... Hi. I think it would be nice when you have task lists and tasks in a milestone to be able to either see them or have a quick link to them when you click on a milestone in the "My Calendar" view. It would be a nice shortcut in the interface. And if I can add more : rolling over the milestone for a few seconds could show the list of tasks. On either left or right side of the mouse, you move your mouse in the panel and click to make it "fixed". Once fixed you'll be able to close it by clicking outsideDefault project view
The feeds / activity view served by default on entry to zProject and every component project is annoying and distracting. We need a switch to turn off visibility (at least by default) of this facebook feature. I imagine only the odd project department head or supervising pm would ever need this - most people use project to work on a particular client or project not browse activity. Hi everyone I created a task in a Project Template in the Classic View by clicking on the New Task button. The task pop up appeared and I entered details in the Start After and Duration boxes then selected Add Task. The Start After and Duration details do not appear on the task in the classic view and I have to enter them again. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Is it possible for an Admin to remove a user as a watcher to a Forum post once the user has been removed from the project? For example, a user is added to a project and added as a watcher to a forum post by sending the user a notification about the forum. However, that user is not able to take on the project and therefore needs to be removed. Hi, I am using the Zoho api to make an application which would download the log time in all the projects. My application is meant to be used by managers and delivery heads or higher authorties who can already download the timesheets of their reportees through the zoho portal using the export link.
