Hi, in my profile, my account is set up for Pacific Daylight Time. However, when I schedule a meeting for noon, it appears in my Outlook calendar at 5am the same day. Strangely, when I receive the Outlook invite for a new event created on Zoho, it states that the event was created in Monrovia/Reykjavik. I've attached the screenshot with the relevant parts circled in red. I have no idea what's going on here. Please help! There needs to be better compatibility for 2 Zoho users. For example. I have a client who uses Zoho for her business I do as well. She uses Zoho Projects to create/manage her own projects. I also have her as a client user for my projects where we manage project related to us. With the current setup, we have to use 2 different Zoho Projects login's for her to manage her own projects (as portal admin), and mine (as client user). We should be able to rename files! In order to upload new versions we have to name everything exactly the same otherwise it doesn't take. Also, file names with spaces export with "+" replacing all of the spaces. In order to re-upload we then have to go and change those back to spaces because it won't upload a new version unless the file is named exactly the same. Hey, When I create a task list, and then click to make it available as a template, often the tasks in the template are not in the same order as the task list from which I created the template. Occasionally deleting the template, going into the original task list, reordering (by dragging things around and then back to the original order) solves the issue...but more often than not it does NOT solve the issue. Currently when one includes hyperlinks in a forum post they appear in the standard hyperlink formatting (blue underlined text, purple if already visited) during editing, but once posted, the formatting goes away (but the links stay active). Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
