Reopening a closed tasks
Hello, I have closed by mistake several tasks. I would like then to open them back. I have done this steps but it s not working. 1. Select your project from the Dashboard. 2. Select Tasks & Milestones 3. Click the item you want to reopen (hovering does nothing). This will open a pop-up window on that particular task. 4. At the top of this pop-up window, to the left of the task title, there is a check box. Click that to open your task. Thanks for your help.Error importing iCal feed to Google Calendar
We have an issue in properly linking iCal feed from Zoho Project to Google Calendar. A few of us including myself had a feed till recently but now it is not working. When trying to set it up again, Google calendar shows an error message that it can't be imported. Many others had no luck from the beginning. I checked the archive of this forum and found that temporary solution is something to do is SSH setting but the actual temporary solution seems to be offered by e-mail outside the forum and ISlowness
Is anyone else experiencing slowness in Project over the past 2 weeks (maybe longer)? Opening the site for the first time is taking a lot longer (30+ seconds). I am wondering if others are having issues or maybe just something with some of our projects or due to the activity we are doing. It seems to be opening the site for the first time from any link whether to a project, to the feed, to a specific ticket. So i just finished implementing zoho projects in my company and we are trying to utilize the timesheets and we are getting this error when we go to open the exported timesheet in excel. "Excel found unreadable content in 'Global_Timesheet..... Do you want to recover the contents of this workbook". We can then go ahead and click yes to continue and then excel states that it has renamed invalid time sheet name. Any ideas?How do I change the name of a project?

Before discovering milestone related tasks, I built out all tasks. If I enter milestones after creating tasks (under one tasklist), can I associate those tasks to a milestone? Must you associate a separate task list to each milestone? If you are going to use milestones, do you have to start there (create milestones first) to get tasks to associate to them? I have just started using Zoho Projects for the first time. I need to figure out two things before we can decide whether to continue using this product. 1. This particular project we are working on, would be developed only on certain days of the week, namely Mon, Tues and Friday. I have been adding my google documents as a link in the links section, as if you 'upload' them, Zoho converts them to Zoho Writer. I cant see the point of creating a doc in Google docs, and then importing it, I would either use Zoho Writer, or Google Docs, not both. (And we love using Google Docs!) I'm trying to generate a url to a bug detail page (in the Projects bug tracker) from the identifiers passed back from the Projects RESTful API. The IDs I get back from the API appear to be GUIDs however, the URLs I see in the browser all used integer IDs. Is there a URL format available that takes the GUID form IDs, instead of the integer IDs? One of my associates has reported that some of the notes he has made have been lost. After poking around the only think I can figure out is that his notes were too long and not storing properly. Is there a maximum note length? Is there a way to have a task emailed only after the preceding or dependent task is completed? We have projects with dozens of tasks so when the template is moved over on a new project every user gets multiple emails with the tasks. Hi, It would be very useful to forward emails to the address link provided to associate the email with tasks. Normally we save our emails as a pdf and save them on our server so that we now exactly what occurred verbatim according to the email. Even with a strong wireless signal, often my sheets "disconnect from the server" even when my computer remains connected to the internet. However, it seems to be a self contained entity where I cannot link or embed a Doc or spreadsheet that is part of the Project right within the Project Pages... Why not?
