Organise forum into groups
This forum is difficult to navigate. I have no choice but to start at the top and trawl my way down through every topic. Why can't it be organised by function? When i use ZOHO projects, it is divided into the various functions dashboard,tasks, calendar, documents,timesheet,forum, pages, chat, users. Can we please organise this forum into these major functional groups so if i am looking for help specific to "pages", i can go direct to this section of the forum. cheers!No login for new user
Hi, when i invite a new user to the portal or to a project, there is no temp password included in the invitation for them to log in with. And therefore, are having trouble logging in/creating an account. How is a new user supposed to log in for the first time?Problems with Client Users in 4.0
I don't know what is going on, but my company just made the switch to Zoho from a competitor. All of our testing went well, but now the most important part of the product for us does not work at all. When we add clients as client users, zoho does not send anythign out to them asking them to register. Their email addresses are listed under the client companies, but they have no way of coming to the site to register for our portal. Also, under bugs, we are not able to include our clients in email notifications.user forgot password

When I save my tasklists as templates, the template version reverts back to the original task order (if subtasks have been reordered). Is there a way to prevent this? Why does this happen? I also have to enter subtasks in the opposite order I want them to appear (starting from the last and ending with the first). Example problem: Client Users does not know password. Click Forgot Password on login page. Enter email, etc. Appears to be successful. No email is received. Nothing in SPAM folder. At the moment, my project is only using the Free Online Zoho Project. If I, as the Administrator, raise some funds to purchase the upgrade I think that I need, do all the other contractors have to upgrade too or will they still be able to read and facilitate their task completions etc from the free online product. Hi, In a project when we set the a test to be a recurring task we select a date start and a date end - for instance in three months time. Then we set the recurring to be one every week for 9 week. However, the system just puts the task on every day and not each week. This is a glitch with your system I think, can you test it for us and see if you have the same issue. OR - if we are not understanding the system properly can you send us a COMPREHENSIVE set of settings to set up a recurring task forRecurring Tasks

I have fed into over 200 task lists and then I will be breaking down each task list into mini tasks to be done by around 29 people. Hello, Some requests/thoughts on the task reminder system... 1. The options for the Reminder feature on a task are very limited in use. We basically need to use another software for reminders since the options are only Daily, Day Before and On Due. We have around 40 active projects with dozens of tasks for each team member. In the new 4.0 version of projects it doesn't seem that you can schedule "in-line" when you are in the tasks view. You have to open the properties window for each and every task/sub-task to add a date. The older version allowed for editing dates, assignments, etc. in both views. Hello there, So far enjoying the API and everything seems to be working quite well! My only issue so far is Sub-tasks. I cant seem to be able to identify the hierarchy of tasks, is there a way to do that?
