As a relatively new user of the Projects tool, I am underwhelmed by the management reporting I am finding. Is there a list of tasks with due dates, percent complete, ahead/behind schedule, etc? The only thing I see that is close is the Gantt chart with tasks for current month and shading to show completion percentage. Not the easiest thing to see at a macro level for a project and share with others.Is not "drag and drop editing" of gantt chart available in free plan?
Below is possible with free plan?: Now you can edit all your gantt charts. To edit a gantt chart just mouseover and drag it in either direction this will automatically update the dates. In addition, you can also drag the tail end of the chart toowhen the task is getting delayed. So im trying to add a custom field in the bug settings in one of my project templates. Whenever i click the add custom field button i get a big error saying 'permission denied !'. Hello, When exporting timesheets for users, the spreadsheet exported now has a tab for all projects within the group. But we only need to see the projects that the user is in. For example: if my company has 300 projects, it is very time consuming to go through all the tabs to find the working hours for the only 5 project that a user is in. We've just granted access to our portal for a test client user and using that account I am unable to view a calendar for the events. If I go to Tasks and Milestones then I can view them as Classic View, Plain View and Kanban View but there's no dependency or Gantt view. There's also no Calendar button / tab. If I go to Project Settings, Organise Tabs, the calendar tab is ticked for the project. Any ideas as to why these are not visible to the client user?ZOHO: Projects

Hi, Getting a Invalid Ticket ID when importing client users in Projects from CRM. Resent my ZSC key and have had this problem since. I am not presented with a way to update same that I can see. Note : If you wish to import users from a different CRM account you need to generate a new ZSC key. For this, clickChange the ZSC Ticket link. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion.
