I have a support request in , so this may be more of a warning. We were not using categories tight so I was working on figuring out how to change them - there was a category I did not need an a trash can button next to it which I assumed meant delete the category. We have several projects, involving different people, but based on the same core software. For example, project A will follow the installation and modifications of this software in company A. Project B will do the same for company B. The software is common to company A and company B. We can report bugs on each of these projects, but they are all related to this core software. Is there a way to have a consolidated view of all bugs for this software, knowing they can be entered from project A or projectView all bugs from all users in all the projects.
Is there a way that I can view all the closed bugs, in all the projects, for all the users in one view? This would really help me out when making my patch notes.Missing Meetings
I have project meeting scheduled in August which have already elapsed. However, I am not able to find them in the elapsed meeting. They seemed to be there last time I checked. I suggest removing the frame that includes Filter By & Subtasks Help on the far right. It isn't necessary to include that for a print-out (above tasks it already tells you the filter), as it makes the scale/font of the tasks unbearably small. Hello, I imagine, we're not the only ones needing this. It would be very helpful to filter the calendar views by internal and external items. This is needed in part by the fact that client company users can't see Gantt Charts. I don't understand the logic of having internal and external items if when you set lists to external, the client can't see most of the calendar views anyway. Trying to use the New 4.0 version. We love the multiple options for viewing Milestones/Tasks, however... Gantt View is not available when the user is a client company. Why is that? I've tried repeatedly to get an mpp/mpx file imported into my project. I'm limited/stuck with having a large list of tasks already on my system (Mac OSX) based. Although I use OmniPlan - which exports to MPX / MPP formats. None of these are recognised by Zoho .. any advice ? Can someone please post how to remove deleted tasks...completely. When I mark a task complete it just strikes a line thru it. Fine.There has to be a way not to combine the active tasks with the completed ones. When I select to view a task and it refreshes the page it sends me to the bottom of my tasks to the very last completed/deleted task with lines thru them. Is there a way to change the default settings for the Gantt view of a project? It always comes up with "Open Tasks", "Current Month", and a view by individual days. Can we schedule our HR with Zoho Project? We need to plan everyday employees participation in different projects. For example: Employee John will be everyday occupied X hours in Project Y from date Z till date W (for ~ a month), and he also will be occupied T hours a day in Project R from H date till J date (for ~ two month). Hi Ive had a quick look on the forum but cannot find this anywhere.. I have a form that has two lookup fields on it, lets say Customer and Project. When I set the display Type on the view of this form to 'List' I can select the customer and then the projects assigned to that customer which is fine... However, if i change that same view to 'Grid' the Project drop down does not generate any results based on the customer name. As a relatively new user of the Projects tool, I am underwhelmed by the management reporting I am finding. Is there a list of tasks with due dates, percent complete, ahead/behind schedule, etc? The only thing I see that is close is the Gantt chart with tasks for current month and shading to show completion percentage. Not the easiest thing to see at a macro level for a project and share with others.Is not "drag and drop editing" of gantt chart available in free plan?
