1. A main concern for me , as a project Administrator is about of sharing secure information of a project to all users in the project. For example, in a web project, i will have to put some secure information like, server details, password, hosting, domain, etc. Currently we put all these information in announcement. I Love Zoho, because of the enormous functions it has when compared to other Project tools out there. But despite all the great features it has, your Product is horrible in terms of UI Its like going into a big warehouse, where things are thrown here and there. it difficult to find anything . As a user, when i login to Zoho, in my dashboard, i should see all the task, Meetings, to Do and Message assigned me for that day in one single screen or something similar to that. I don't know how other users use the Project Template system, but I find that having absolute dates doesn't make sense. Every time I want to use a template or revise one, I have to go through and fix all the dates. Relative Dates like how many days for a given milestone make sense, but not absolute dates. Hi, I have about 30-40 projects in my Zoho Projects account. Just signed up for the iphone app and paid the $30. Allocated the license to my username but I cannot see the more recent projects I have added. Just so you can test this my username is adrian@easywebrecruitment.com and I have just added a project called Test Project. It does not display in the iphone app and I wonder if this is because there is a limit on the number of live projects? Thanks AdrianLicence type?

Hello, I think the duration on tasks should be entered in hours, not days. As a freelance programmer, I always quote and think of jobs in terms of hours. Hi, Maybe this feature already exists and I could not find it, but it seems there is no way to set a time zone for each participant in a project. Therefore a meeting call @ 7 PM in Europe for instance also appears to take place @ 7 pm to all users on the East coast of the US, whereas they should see 1 pm. Hi Our activities for our clients start with a web development project, then move onto maintenance and support. For this reason, we created a project per client which remains open for as long as the client is with us. Our project manager needs a simple way to see ALL projects that have open web development tasks (i.e. those still in the first stage of our work). Hi: Gmail ignores any text that is around brackets, for example: [project] - Task Note Added In that example, [project] is ignored and only "- Task Note Added" is retained. It appears that once a user is included in the list of those to be notified by email when a new post or reply is made to a Forum thread, they can't be removed from the list. Additional users can be added to the list at any time, but once added, they can not be removed, which is unfortunate. I even tried removing the user from the project, and then adding her back, and when she was added back to the project she again appeared in the notify list for the thread. Hi The integration between Zoho Projects and Zoho Books is not scalable. At the moment, in Zoho Books you have to manually select a project in order to generate an invoice. I have 300 clients, 300 projects. In any given week, we do work for 10 projects (depending on who requests work). How the hell do we find those 10 projects in the Zoho Projects list? Is there anyway to list all tasks in dependency rather than just those with dates? or is there a single page where I can set task dates? I am a chaos to order style worker, so what I do is throw in all my tasks and ideas and then date and link them all later. Is there an efficient way to do this? dependency view seems like a good place to do it. i.e. have a list of all your tasks, throw in dates and dependence all on one screen. Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically. However, you can sort the tasks either by its title, start date, end date, priority, created by and percentage completion. All you have to do is, click the Task Sorting option and select the required criteria.
