Hi, I would like to share an idea which is a customer requirement. Requesting For: To have a workflow rule for Job Opening, This workflow will trigger once upon a Candidate is associated to a Job Opening. Here is sample requirement from the customer:Integration to LinkedIn Recruiter

Hi, I'm a BIG fan of Zoho, especially recruit. One thing I would like to suggest is the BIG BIG BIG BIG need to have mobile integration in this day and age. it is absolute FACT that a high percentage of users now access a website from a mobile device. Right now it is possible to create a trigger in Zapier for when a new client is added, and it is possible to search for contacts by email address. What I am trying to do is lookup a contact or set of contacts by the client name that they are associated with, rather than by email address. This is because the emails of associated contacts are not brought in with the client, so they need to be searched. I love the new candidate preview feature on the candidates page. I'd love to have a resume preview or split screen feature on the individual candidate profile page as well to make taking notes while on the phone with a candidate easier. Currently, I have to download the resumes and open them to be able to look at them and take notes in the candidate's profile. I just noticed that when you build a custom link, there's two candidate id fields that can be inserted. The lowercase version is the number from the URL and is SUPER useful. Please, please make it possible to insert that number into email templates! Hello, it would be very helpful, if, in case of changing a status of the candidate, job opening, etc., there would be the name of the status/action in the headline of the Note. At the moment it is marked only as a general Note and it makes a mess in the notes overview. It is not possible to quickly see or identify the exact note in the notes overview/list. Hello, our staffing agency is heavily using LinkedIn Recruiter. We search for demanded IT professionals so it is absolutely neccessary to tap into passive candidate pool. The email integration, specifically for adding our company owned email (not Zoho email), is unfortunately not at the same standard as competitors. There is also NO compatibility for outlook 2016. Currently we are in the process of looking at alternative Recruitment CRM systems that provide us with the following: 1. Proper email integration with zoho, so all messages are not marked as 'Read' in our outlook software - We have had to turn these feature off because of this on-going issue. 2. An OutlookXing Link

Hiring Pipeline Widget: This is a great new feature and fixes your views problem. Views are an issue because there is no ability to combine two different modules info together. Binocular function on new version is not available or disappeared. The new features of the Binocular button for candidate general view and search view was extremely time effective and well received. Hello Zoho team, Times have changed and recruiters have to multiply the channels to contact candidates. Some of them respond to phone calls, others to emails, but that's not enough. We do have to use other means of communication as : - Slack - Wattsapp - Skype - Android messages (iMessage if Apple) - Messenger and so on It would be very nice if we could connect our app to Zoho recruit, and using them from there, just having to click on the icon to send a message to the proper channel. In order to better filter qualified applicants, it would be very helpful to attach a user-customized "pre-screen" questionnaire to individual job openings.
