Hi, Attached file is the condition we need to configure in bot. As we are not technical person in coding its completely clueless to us and we have tried with our in-house developer also who are facing troubles to configure it as well. Please let us know how can we incorporate this asap. Everyday we are getting thousand of leads on our website , without bot its impossible to handle. Testing to see if operators are busy or unavailable in Zobot
When transferring is there a way to test to see if agents are available first. I know i can use: "action", "operator_busy" -- However, does this test to see if operators are busy and if they are it will allow to leave a message, and if not it will transfer?

Feature Request for SalesIQ
We are absolutely in love with Sales IQ so far. We are in a trial period and I have already been able to generate two sales leads from customers visiting our website while I was playing with the interface. Through using it however I encountered one area I would like to suggest a feature for. I have been initiating the chat contact myself if people have been on the website for more than 30 minutes or an hour. I set my SalesIQ widget to show the logo. Then I turned it off because it looks bad. But it still shows. I've cleared cache, and tried multiple browsers. It's still there.

How to unset visitor name and email in chat window
Hello, I am working on an application where I want to fill in the visitor name and email automatically when a user logs into the app. This works fine. However, after logging out the visitor information should be cleared from the chat window. Since it is an SPA there is no reloading of the Zoho SalesIq JavaScript and the visitor information needs to be unset manually via javaScript. If I try to pass an empty string or null or undefined (like so $zoho.salesiq.visitor.name('')) it won't work. I have

Hello, In recent days i have implemented the SalesIQ Chat for support in my website and everything seemed normal until all the popups windows started to close and stopped working but only in Google Chrome Browser. I know that the SalesIQ Chat is the reason of the problem by the fact if I remove the scritp my website works normally. Hope someone can help with this.

Zobot does not include links in transcript
I have a bot that will reply to a customer with links: The script has an image and a url attached to the reply. I have noticed that in my chat transcripts the links do not appear? here is an example. In this example -- After Bishop says, "Okay lets check out this support page." A link to the support page is displayed in the chat, but as you can see in the transcript it is not there. Do I have to add the link/URL to a reply so it will be displayed? Bishop Okay lets check out this support page.
