Zoho SalesIQ mobile app notification on incoming chat
Hello. first of all i want to thank zoho for your products they help my buisness a great margin. i recently decided to integrate the zoho SalesIQ aplication with my website and have linked zoho desk to it so that i will have livechat on my website. Then i have downloaded the zoho SalesIQ app to my mobile (meizu note 3) and logged in to it. The issue is that when a client try to contact me via live chat i get no alert on my mobile phone and there is no notification. In the app settings i have set

Hello, I've installed a live chat box on my website (assit.it) and it worked very well till earlier this week. Now, it still works but it seems it does not load any of the custom CSS I have set. Any ideas what's going on? thanks.

Send visitor question after chat initiated
I am using the javascript API and trying to initiate a visitor question via a quick button after the chat has been initiated. Here is an example: User clicks a button that says "I want help with Checkout" which launches the chat session. There will be other buttons on the page such as "I need help finding a product", or "I need to place a special order", but instead of having them type this out, I want to send that text to the chat window even if the chat has been initiated. We would like to export a list of all actions each user has performed. We have integrated custom events we are sending to SalesIQ and can see on-line live. However we would like to do some statistics on this and need an ability to export info across users. Is there a way to export actions a user performs?

SalesIQ event posts
We want to push timer events from our page (video timings) to SalesIQ so we can view and track what users are doing on a page in more detail than just the URL. We want to view when they open a video, how long, etc. We have a testpage on http://www.cbxmarket.com/madstest/index5.php We have build the code below and had it working but then it did not work again.. seems the integraton in unsable !? Chat Box not showing up in 2 Wordpress sites + differentiating visitor tracking
I read the other forum articles on this topic and can't find a solution. I have two websites and two separate embeds and I am using the "float" code snippet on both sites...at least I think so. Both sites track visitors but neither site has a chat box. I am stumped on this one. Related question - since I have 2 different sites, how can I tell the difference between visitors when I am tracking them. How can I tell which website they are on. How do I avoid chat users from getting Customer Poratl invites
It seems that when somebody went on a chat and gave us their e-mail, the system automatically sends them an invite to join our customer portal. How do I stop this function!? we do not want them to join our portal at this stage!!!?
SalesIQ time on site is wrong!?
We use SalesIQ to make statistics bout how long users spend on our site. However we have noticed that even if a user just enters a page and closes the page right after, SalesIQ keeps it alive for more than a minute and reports back that time on page is 1min and 5-10 sec. It is off with more than a minute !?? It is important for us to know if Adwords users just bounce off the page right away. What is wrong? Google Analytics also tells another story about the bounce rate!?
Adwords Source not showing correctly in SalesIQ
We have experienced that in some cases SalesIQ shows Adwords directed traffic as "Direct"! We can see that the links captured for the actions do have a gclid adresses, but SalesIQ does not categorize the visitor as coming from Adwords. This messes up our analysis of the sources. Please explain if we are missing a setup? How do you determine if the visitor is Adwords or Direct?
SalesIQ dartboard shows Ghost users (hybernated machine)
We have observed that if a user forgets to shut down the page where the tracking script is embedded and his machine goes into hybernation, sometimes SalesIQ shows him as still active. Is there something we can do to avoid "Ghost" visitors on our live IQ Dartboard!?

salesIQ form validation break
I have a self hosted wordpress site that I am testing salesIQ on. When I paste the html and javascript (generated by the zoho crm) in the page for my contact form, all the form validation functions disappear from the html form, and the javascript is jumbled by what looks like minification. The validation is obviously broken. Have you heard of this problem?
Why I have a lot more visitors on Zoho Sales IQ than on Google Analytics
Hi , I was surprised when I saw 21 visitors on my site in Zoho Sales IQ. At the same time I was monitoring my site on Google Analytics realtime. There the figures showed 3 online visitors. How is this possible? I excluded some IP addresses in google analytics but this can not explain the difference. Could this have to do with robots? Is there a way to change the look of the Chat Button. We already use a HELP button that works as a slider that sticks to the right of the screen. I have two WebEmbed's setup in my SalesIQ. The tracking code is embedded in two differnet web sits (URL's). In salesIQ I can see all the historical visitors on both websites ... It works! However I would expect the same information to be available in "Visits" in CRM and then eventually as Leads in CRM. However only visits from one of my Web Embed's show up... the other data is not pushed to CRM??? why is that?

SalesIQ No Longer Working
As the subject line says.....SalesIQ has totally stopped tracking any visitors. We have a lot of traffic but none of it shows up as live visitors at all. The "Click here to Chat" tab shows as always - just not working on the back end. Is this a known issue? Ron

The zoho Sales iq Chat is working fine on desktops, but when visiter use it on their mobile devices there is no way for them to close the chat window and then they end up leaving our site.
