Account is Disabled Error
Hello Evertime I try and login with my account I get and "Account is Disabled" error. How do I fix this. I love Zoho and am activly using Reports and CRM and want to start using Sheet. Thanks! JeremiahSheet will not load

Hi all, I've been experiencing some errors with the spreadsheets, they are as listed: - Does not save automaticly or manually. when multiple users are logged in. - When multiple users are logged in they can see who is on the same spreadsheet, talk to them but are unnable to see changes made by others. This always happens when we are closing projects and entering/accessing non stop. Is there any limitation that i don't know? Or is there any solution.to this problem? On my 'Hosts' tab in my spreadsheet, this formula: =COUNTIF(Sites.$N$3:$N$185;$A2) worked fine up until now, where it's only returning #NULL!. The range in question on the 'Sites' tab is correct; I've quadruple checked that N3 is where my data starts and N185 is where it ends. I have a strong feeling that this is a problem on Zoho's side but would love any tips.I can't open zoho sheet

Hi, I just noticed that my changes aren't being saved properly, this is a recent thing but my last few updates on my zoho sheet are not being saved properly even though it definitely says my changes have been saved before I close the sheet! Dear Zoho Sheet Team, As far as you might know there are lots of languages and locales around the world. Not all of them use period as decimal part separator. For example, in our native language (Russian) the separator is comma. We are facing big problem with locales in Zoho Sheet, especially while pasting/coping data to/from. THere are no any clarifications/explanations. I have some question: 1. What is the default locale for just created file ? How is it calculated? 2. Let's say I have a range of data A1:K20, and the formula for cell D5 is "=10+B30". If I sort that data so that row 5 becomes row 3, the formula for D3 should remain "=10+B30". It should remain this way because B30 is outside of the sorted range. This is how Excel and Google Sheets behave. In Zoho sheets, the formula for D3 changes to "=10+B28". It's acting as if I deleted two rows. This breaks the entire spreadsheet unless absolute references (such as "=10+$B$30") are used.Unable to import spreadsheet saved in MS office 2010 beta
Hi there, I couldn't import some spreadsheets saved with MS office 2010 beta. (even .xls or .xlsx) but can with other versions. Also while importing sheets with VBA module compiled in Ver. 2010 the macros doesnt show up in the imported file. I have a control excel spreadsheet from which I then create a simplified version 98% with linked cells. IE file 2 is linked to file 1 inside my computer. I then upload file 2 to zohosheet and go to publish range. The resultant codes I paste into my website but the result shown inside the website becomes #ref in all the linked cells. Hello, I went with Google Spreasheets on Zoho Spreadsheets when I found the problem. Data Validation - here I will set everything up. Unfortunately, if I enter text into a cell, I have to enter the text exactly and I have no help as to which data is available. I have to write exactly the letter after the letter. Hi Zoho, In my spreadsheets, when I choose a 2-decimal-place currency format, quite frequently recently, trailing zeros are simply dropped in new entries (if they're in existing entries, they seem to stay). They show up again if I go back to Format and rechoose 2 decimal places, but I shouldn't have to. Hello, I've been using Zoho in China for the last one year. The experience with Zoho sheets has just only gotten worse. Every scroll takes 5-10 secs. Every cell entry takes 4-5 secs. Earlier i had gotten replies that it is due to "The great firewall of china". But thats is incorrect because: 1) I have tried using VPN servers from various countries which the same result. Even with different internet service providers. This is dumb. People rarely need to insert a newline within a cell, but always need to finish editing a cell. Now there is no way to finish editing except to use the mouse to click somewhere else. Ctrl+Enter is the standard way to insert a newline in other spreadsheet software.Problems with sever connection
Now able to get into zoho but still getting the message that the connection to the server lost and to open the file again, do so same message. This happens every time I try to load the sheet. Have logged on using the same computer and a different persons login, this works fine (opens in a new window) Have tried as myself on different computers, connection lost retry message. We are using the Zoho API to edit documents with our web application. One of our users has been using the zoho interface on our web site to edit their excel document. Hello, Today I noticed that when in Zoho Sheet, after every single change, the sheet is saving which is making the entire experiencing slow and time consuming as the entire sheet locks up until the save is complete which takes 5-20 seconds. Hi, I have used this product for about two years now. I had setup a sheet to be shared with multiple users, using the ability to grant permissions per sheet so that users can only update their individual sheet. I see that this feature is no longer supported for new sheets, but my current sheet has preserved the original permissions. However these users do not have the ability to export/download the sheets to their local PCs. If i change everyone's permission to Read/Write, they can exportOUTSTANDING ITEMS

I'm not sure if this is a problem for others but I've found the new interface much slower to load and so on. Now, today, when I type in cells, no matter how slowly I type I am getting the words/figures scrambled. So if I was typing cat, I could end up with act or tca or cat. I am almost having to reposition the cursor for each individual letter or number I type. I'm still using the exact same browser, computer connection etc but this is very frustrating and makes Sheet too slow to be useful.Sorting not working properly
I have a sheet that we use in Notebook and Sheet, simple list - basically a todo list with a few date columns, description, etc. When we try to sort (select whole range), it does not sort properly. Does empty cells or formatting cause issues? I'd be happy to share this sheet with support staff to look at it. But when i try to "pull" it by mouse to the end of the column it isn't being autocalculated/autoupdated. Hi, I have tried saving spreadsheet after editing it. I use the remote api. The port 80 opened for the web site. There is no Firewall, and the saveurl.aspx is saved in the public directory and can be access through the url publicly without any sign in credentials. I have a few spreadsheets in Zoho and they are all opening except for one of them. For that one, the file can be exported, so I have the data. But I am collaborating with another person on this particular sheet. When I try to open the file (Firefox, in WinXP or PCLinuxOS or Ubuntu) the file just loads forever, and it's not that big. The name will show up in a Firefox tab, the file name will appear next to the new file feature in the toolbar. The file will not open through zoho sheet or through docs.zoho.com.Next Page
