Seems CRM team is not taking Whatsapp integration seriously. While Facebook already has 63 Whatsapp partners, some of which are very small, that have already completed API integration. I really like the idea of managing social within Zoho One because we can encorporate our internal task management, CRM, customer data and support tickets to it...
