Collaborate Feature doesn't work
Hello Team. It seems that the collaborate section is broken? I can post something but it all appears in "Discussions". In there is no way how I would mark something as Draft, Approval, post or any of the other filter categories? Also if I draft a postHome and Reports Tabs Not Loading

Hi there, Adding a Lead/Contact directly from Social to CRM is really awesome ! However, even if I put all Lead info in "Personal Info" tab on Social, when clicking to "Add to CRM", it is not collecting this data already filled-in. Hi there, ZOHO Social seems to be experiencing some issues when creating previews or a link card, when we bulk schedule our posts on Linkedin and Facebook. Previously when we scheduled posts, it would pull the image from the article itself. However, now rather than showing the featured image of the article (as it does with the Twitter Cards), it is now simply showing an image of our logo. This is obviously far less engaging. Hello, I have a new account and already have planned posts for the rest of July. None of my post are going live on Facebook! I already sent emails to support@zohosocial.com but I havent recieved an answer.After changing Instagram's password the account won't reconnect.
We had to change our business Instagram password so we needed to reconnect Zoho to instagram. It brought me to the page to reconnect, I logged in, allowed the permissions and then an error popped up asking if i was sure this was for the same business brand. Disconnected Instagram to reconnect fully and it will not allow it. Pop-up says to wait while it loads, then brings me back to the social channels page and asks if i want to connect instagram.Bulk Scheduling Problem - CSV file fails if there is a line break
