We are currently evaluating if we should move off confluence. At present in Confluence we have multiple levels within our documentation but with learn it looks like you can only have Space - Manual - Chapter Is it possible to have levels below Chapter? Greetings. We just purchased the Wiki module for evaluation for our org. We currently use Azure AD as our user and directory service. One of the requirements is to have users login using their Office 365 login (i.e. SAML via Azure AD) so that they don't need another user name as password. Hi all, I am associated with a number of zoho wikis, each of which was created using a different zoho owner account, so that they can be managed separately. (I think this came about because there is or was no feature to give ownership of a wiki to a new owner). For sanity, for my own purposes I have a single zoho account that has admin and edit permissions on all these wikis, for everyday use. Now where does this regular admin user look to check which account is the actual owner of a particular wiki?Wiki down?

Zoho wiki's table formatting features and its UI are generally very impressive and useful. But one issue consistently bugs me. In the Table Properties UI, how do you set the table width to automatic? That is, have it omit the specification of 'width: something' ? I can edit the html to remove that spec from the style="..." attribute, which achieves the desired automatic width effect. I often need to make links that show the actual URL on the page. Thus the "text" of the link is the same as the link itself. Currently, when you select text, then right-click > Make link, the Insert/Modify link dialog loads the selected text into the Text field, but the URL slot is blank. For my scenario, it would be great if the dialog had a button to transfer the Text into the URL slot. Hi folks, Having built out a sub-wiki (Workspace), what are my options to move or copy that to a new Wiki? I had thought that Backup might help here, but zoho's docs on Backup all say that the resulting zip download is not suitable for uploading for restore purposes. Obviously I don't relish the thought of having to manually copy the pages one-by-one to the new Wiki, whereupon presumably the page-to-page linking will need fixing. We use Zoho Wiki as a master policy, procedure and help manual. Some of the procedures have to be formatted in an actual word document as they are for wider/ public distribution. We store these word documents on Zoho CRM for easy distribution, and as an attachment to their relevant Wiki Page Is there a way of attaching the document to the Wiki page from the CRM Docs? I am following the instructions at page https://zohowikihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Attachments.html. The Instructions to remove and delete an attachment refer to a remove link and a delete link. However, I can find neither in the actual dialog, and on that doc page there's no indication of such links. Where are they? Also, I see that floating the mouse over an existing attachment description causes an edit icon to appear. Just a quick note to thank you for implementing the ability to rename pages and change URLs, for users with full edit permissions. That's very helpful. I'm still hoping for edit-permitted users to be able to move pages via the site map or some other quick means. A user did discover that the Save As feature helps with this operation, which I had not previously realized (I mistakenly thought it was save to local machine). It's not as convenient as the site map, but better than manual copy and paste.Zoho wiki platform release notes?

Hi: Now that we've started ramping up our wiki, I can see that the next pressing issue is keeping a handle on users, groups and permissions. To that end, I would like to know anything related to possible APIs which would allow us to easily read: What workspaces there are What permissions are granted on each To whom (individuals and groups) are the permissions granted What groups are involved, and who are their members Within a group, who has moderators status?
