Hi All, This is an important announcement for the users of Custom Domain feature in Zoho Wiki, who have pointed their own domain to wiki.zoho.com. We have been permitting the custom domains pointing to wiki.zoho.com and customer-wiki.zoho.com ( 74.201.154.119 ) . We have decided to permit only customer-wiki.zoho.com to support secure access as default. Hence, if you are using custom domain feature and are pointing to wiki.zoho.com as your CNAME/A Record, we request you to change it to customer-wiki.zoho.com
Zoho Wiki talks and devs at Zoholics 2019?
Could someone from Zoho post some info about what sort of Zoho Wiki sessions and presence there will be at Zoholics 2019? I would be particularly interested to hear from and talk to devs working on Zoho Wiki, and/or it's long-forecasted next incarnation :-). Graham
Security framework update in Zoho Wiki
At Zoho Wiki, we ensure that the data of our customers are safe and secure. We are upgrading our security framework to make sure that we are processing our user data using the most secure protocols. Currently, Zoho Wiki allows users to add custom tags and attributes to your content. To avoid the possibility of security issues and Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attacks, we will now only allow the standard HTML tags and attributes. Any tags that are not part of our whitelist will be filtered and removed.

Page order, hierarchy for storage and export
The ability to click on "Pages" and then to export them all to .pdf is really useful. However, it will be better if there was support for folders (perhaps aligned to sub-pages by default) or to order those pages. At the moment click several pages will export to a .pdf, but they are in the order of last revision, not a logical order according to the wiki site. cheers -james

Hierarchical url structure for sub pages
What is holding me from using Zoho Wiki for one of the projects is it's url structure. I would like to see the hierarchical uri structure for subpages (domain.com/main-category/sub-category/sub-category) Google Sites has this feature but does not allow custom css. Zoho Wiki allows custom css but lacks sub pages structure in uri. I have repeated subpages title for each subcategories and existing uri structure Zoho Wiki offers is not the solution for me.

Writer Docs not showing with wiki embed
I have two different Writer documents that have been embedded in a Zoho Wiki using the proper procedure (adding a Zoho Writer widget). These look the way I want them to when I am logged into my account, however if I log out of my account the widgets just show login information rather than the text from the Writer document. Both Writer docs have been made public. This doesn't make any sense if each viewer has to be logged into a Zoho account in order to see the items in the widgets. What am I missing?
inviting users to zohowiki without sending emails
If anyone could help me, I am trying to include my students of about 10 years old without sending emails. It would be superb if I could insert the list of usernames and passwords, sepparated by commas and the wiki would absorb them as users automaticcaly. Is it possible?

Problem with Dashboard pages
Hello, I am having problems attaching Zoho Sheets & Zoho Writer documents to a Dashboard Widget box. I can successfully pick a Sheet or Document... so it knows to look for the documents I have created. But when I save the dashboard page and then display it ... the widget says it is loading the Sheet or Writer document, but never displays it ... just the message it is loading... I can embed Youtube videos and other videos from common video sites, but I can't seem to find how to add a video that I have sitting on my existing web site that is not on YouTube. When I click on my subscribed wikis, I am denied access. Also, when I tried accessing them from the invitation it shows no groups listed.

I want to add a different template/theme for my wiki so I googled and found one of them from here. http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com I download the theme I wanted (CSS) and tried to put that CSS file (althought it had several other files with it) in my site and it doesn't change anything. Page-centered Themes
What's the timing on having page-centered themes? Will it be just one size (like 950px) or a few sizes? Will we be able to colorize outsize the page, for example with black backgrounds? What other options will we see?

Editing Spreadsheet with Zoho Sheet

On Monday, I was going to demo Zoho wiki to my organization as the new platform for our website. With the recent bugs I have reported both on this forum and to support, I'm sorry to say that I may drop Zoho Wiki and use Google Sites. After all, how can I run a demo if I cannot event edit the custom header and footer for my wikis? Google Sites has a fixed footer, but I can customize the header. Is ther a way to have links to subpages on the parent page? Even if it is a javascript snippet that I paste into each parent page. I have been adding links manually, but that is a pain.

Listing subpages - any other way?
First, many thanks for Zoho Wiki... I'm using the widget for listing subpages of a parent page and also for recently edited pages, but I was wandering if there is any way of customising the look of these lists or replicating the cleaner way this information is displayed, as in the main wiki panel.

When can customers expect to see the linking feature fixed on Zoho Wiki? Go to voterswiki.us and you will see the Wiki that I would like to place on Zoho Wiki. Particularly, notice the Navigation Bar and the Site map. With correct linking any Page name can be repeated, if the repeat is linked to a unique sub page. Page not saved issue in IE (question form a paying customer)
Hi all, we are experiencing a problem with saving edited pages in IE. It says, that the page couldn't be saved. Is this issue common? And why does it occur? We work across 30 countries. All editors have different browsers and settings and we need the wiki to work as soon as possible because we have a tight schedule. (we pay for the wiki, we don't use the free version!).
