I need to move a folder from each Team folder to a new team folder via API. Current structure: Team Folder 1A Sub Folder 1A .... When a document is created in WordDrive there are several options across the top. There are stages of Draft and Ready. According to the tool tip until a document is marked as "Ready" it will "not be visible to anyone in the team folder". There are also separate set of stages named "Compose, Review, and Distribute". The relationship of these relative to "Draft and Ready" is confusing. For example, a document can be in Draft stage and at the same time be in the Review or Distrubute strage. Those twoZoHo Workdrive does not automatically refresh after clicking browser back button.
I commonly hop between Zoho Workdrive folders.. I find that clicking back in the browser not not automatically refresh the screen. Please, how is this enabled? Thank you! -BRHWorkDrive for Vendors?
Is there an option in place for adding external links to purchase orders? We send .stl graphics files from our digital scanner to be designed and then our vendors finish the design and return the finished product for use to manufacture. We would like a process flow for this and integration with workdrive. Currently we take the .stl file and upload into WeTransfer then copy and paste the url download link into the purchase order and send to our vendor.
