Attaching a Team Folder Document through CRM Email Paperclip that is printable **Scale Changes**
Hi there, when using Zoho One CRM, Customer, Email and attaching using the paperclip from workdrive the size of the document is increased. There is no option for the customer to print/download and also, if you rightclick to print, an A4 document has to be shrunk to 70% to fit on the paper. Please can you have a look in to this for me? Thank you.
Unsynced Folders should disappear from PC
Hello, I'm wondering if Selective Sync has same function as in Dropbox: If I unselect folders from Syncing they should disappear from Desktop to save some space on local drive. is that not the case or there is problem with Desktop client?

Sales Inbox with WorkDrive
Please can you advise if you will be introducing any functionality that will allow us to easily save files to WorkDrive directly from Sales Inbox? Also files linked to CRM, will these be part of the WorkDrive Storage space, or stored separately on CRM? So if a file is edited in WorkDrive will the change immediately be available in CRM modules, or do we need to go to the related CRM records and uploaded the new version of the document? Thank you
Zoho WorkDrive desktop app sign in screen is blank
I've just installed Zoho Work Drive Desktop app on Windows 7 desktop. Installation proceeds without any error. But clicking on Sign in shows a blank screen. We've tried restarting computer, reinstalling app and changing default browser (we've tried chrome & opera).

I'm implementing Zoho WorkDrive currently, but I'm running into a problem — when my staff goes directly to writer.zoho.com, sheet.zoho.com, or show.zoho.com and creates a new file, those files save to their personal Zoho Docs, and there's no way to get them into Zoho WorkDrive (i.e. no easy way to share them). I know that you're currently rolling out a migration tool for MIGRATING old files from Zoho Docs, but how can I get new Show, Sheet, and Writer files to appear within WorkDrive for sharing

sharing a folder and viewing it on a mobile browser
I shared a folder with someone the other day. when they viewed it on their mobile phone in a browser they had a tough time using it at all. 1. the file names get cut really short and there is no way of seeing entire file names 2. the DOWNLOAD button for each file was completely hidden. you have to first CLICK the file, and even after you CLICK the file, you still dont see the download file. you have to turn your phone in to landscape mode for the download button to show up. it was a little embarrassing

i am unable to install workdrive to my new computer. tried multiple times with no success. Tried pausing the anti-virus before downloading and installing doesn't seem to work either? Any suggestions?

Sync is overloading computer storage capacity
We did the migration from Zoho doc to Zoho Work drive, we did this using the desktop sync. This resulted in having all my files from Zoho doc and Zoho work-drive on my computer hard drive. I ended up running out of storage on my laptop. Any way to stop the link between certain folders so I don’t have the full work drive on my desktop? My concern is that every computer will also end up full with this two way link of all folders. best regards, Michel

Linking Workdrive Files in CRM (Permission does not allowed early enough)
As of right now, only the Organizer and Admin of a team folder can link workdrive files to records in Zoho CRM. I would like all of my users (or at least an editor) to be able to do this and it seems more intuitive for this to be allowed on lower permission levels. Is there a way to customize certain permissions or is there a solution to this coming soon?
Delete Unsynced File in Windows
Hello, I created a folder in WD that will only be used online. I then unsynced it from all of the computers connected to the WD. The problem is, even though it is unsynced, Windows will not allow me to delete this empty folder from any of the computers. I've attached the error messages. Loving this product, it's a HUGE upgrade from Zoho Docs. Thanks for working so hard on it, I feel like the WorkDrive support staff are my friends and family after spending so much time submitting requests and reading their forum posts. Moving .Zdoc, .Zsheet, .Zslide files around on Desktop (Windows 10) puts them in the trash
One of our customers is using the Windows 10 WorkDrive desktop sync. When he moves files around online, everything works perfectly. When he moves non .Zdoc, .Zsheet, or .Zslide files (e.g. .pdf, .docx, .jpg) around using the desktop sync, it works great. However, when he moves .Zdoc, .Zsheet, or .Zslide files between folders on the desktop sync, those files don't show up in the proper folder — they actually end up in the trash on the online client. Hello, I recently moved from Zoho Docs to WorkDrive. Everything is working well except for Zoho Writer documents from Zoho Docs. All of these documents have the .zdoc extension, and are apparently not recognized by WorkDrive. Is there a way you could have WorkDrive automatically recognize these .zdoc files as Writer files, or convert them to a file that is compatible with WorkDrive? As is, there is no efficient way (that I know of) to convert these files to ones that are recognized by WorkDrive.

Can't Log In With Zoho Desktop app "ERROR_invalid_client"
Hello guys Ive just formated my PC with Windows 10 and I'm getting an error trying to log in at Zoho Work Drive desktop app. When I insert my log in credentials and password, it gives me a blank window this error: "ERROR_invalid_client" Then, only reseting my PC I can try to log in again, with no sucess. I am confused and cannot easily find any details on how this new component fits into the Zoho "Drive" universe within my subscription? Does it replace TeamDrive or is it what TeamDrive turned into? Problem with thumbnail view in images
Good Evening, It would be great if you could have a look in the thumbnail view which you have. Especially if we want to have some folders with images the most of the times thumbnails work only for few images. Especially there is a problem with tiff images. Hello zoho, My understanding of the desktop app is that it also puts a copy of it on desktop. This worries me in two situations: Can a employee add this to there home desk top? Is there a setting in which I can I stop this from happening? What if we lose or gets one of our laptop stolen? I understand that I can cut the communication between a computer and zoho but , does it leave a copy on the computer? is there a way to erase these files remotley? Thanks in advance for your answer!
