Hi, I am using Zoho Workdrive (and Zoho One) for my whole team, yet I am experiencing some issues in syncing documents. More specifically, the issue revolves around two PCs in my team (both Windows 10); the icon displays a full-working sync, folders are fully synced, but one PC keeps opening an older version of the files, de facto erasing more updated versions. Can't Log In With Zoho Desktop app "ERROR_invalid_client"
Hello guys Ive just formated my PC with Windows 10 and I'm getting an error trying to log in at Zoho Work Drive desktop app. When I insert my log in credentials and password, it gives me a blank window this error: "ERROR_invalid_client" Then, only reseting my PC I can try to log in again, with no sucess. Can you help me guys? This error defeats all purpose of the application for me.

Zoho Workdrive? Something new .... again?
I am a Zoho One subscriber and originally used Zoho Docs for my cloud drive. I then discovered Zoho Docs is not optimized for business use and that I should consider Zoho Team Drive and so I migrated a great deal of data to Zoho TeamDrive and now see we have "Zoho WorkDrive"? I am confused and cannot easily find any details on how this new component fits into the Zoho "Drive" universe within my subscription? Does it replace TeamDrive or is it what TeamDrive turned into? Please direct me to some form
Workdrive Minimum Users
A minimum of three users are required when signing up for Workdrive. Do they all have to be part of the same domain? Or can those three users be spread across three different domains that I'm hosting mail with using Zoho?

Problem with thumbnail view in images
Good Evening, It would be great if you could have a look in the thumbnail view which you have. Especially if we want to have some folders with images the most of the times thumbnails work only for few images. Especially there is a problem with tiff images. So if we want to have Image Library folders the thumbnail view does not work properly
Files after removing are lost - who can help?

Workdrive security
Hello zoho, My understanding of the desktop app is that it also puts a copy of it on desktop. This worries me in two situations: Can a employee add this to there home desk top? Is there a setting in which I can I stop this from happening? What if we lose or gets one of our laptop stolen? I understand that I can cut the communication between a computer and zoho but , does it leave a copy on the computer? is there a way to erase these files remotley? Thanks in advance for your answer!

Collection of images without duplication
A really good feature should be the 'collection' of files in one folder. What I mean. Lets say that we have 3 folders with luxury cars. One folder BMW, 2nd Audi, 3rd Ferrari. Each folder consists of images. I would like to create a main folder with the name 'Luxury Cars' which will have the best images from these 3 folders. For now, we need to duplicate these images and upload them to this folder. In other words, it would be good if 1 uploaded image is possible to be shared in two or three folders

I cannot add my team members
Hi, we are Zoho One client and I have already associated all my team (15 people) to WorkDrive from Zoho One admin. When I go to TD, I cannot see my team members. URGENT !!! Moved Folder in Webapp appear again synced from Desktop client.
Hello, we have kind of disaster. Desktop client dosn't work properly. Case 1. > I move FOLDER from TeamFolder to other Team folder. > This action is not synced on colleagues desktop > as result the folder is synced again from ther Desktop clients to cloud. and it creates FOLDER (1) the client is just not working. > Every time I start PC it start syncing folders from 0 and I see every time thousands of documents to be synced. > If Using Selective sync - Unselected folders still stay on desktop.

WorkDrive looks really good - I particularly like the fact that it is going to replace all the little doc stores littered around the zoho estate. Looking at Drive, it is asking me to pay for it extra to Zoho one? Is this right?
Error WorkDrive desktop permission
The permissions applied on the web WorkDrive are not reflecting on the WorkDrive desktop. It's only working online.
