How to password protect a Zoho Writer document? I know the account itself is protected by Zoho Single Signon. Hi Team, The image in the MS Word which is copied and pasted into Zoho Writer is not getting created. To import it into Writer we need to copy the image, convert into jpg and then import into Writer. Is it possible to directly copy from Word and paste it into Writer.Master Documents
I don't like excessive scrolling, it would be great if writer would allow for master documents so I can keep my chapters on separate documents and still be able to follow a sequence through a master. Similar to what MS word does.Export Options for Zoho Writer

Thank you, Zoho for having a free office like web app... This is truly awesome, i mean can do some of my work online when im not able to use office, which is quite frequent sadly.. A couple of suggestions though although this is awesome in so many ways, these things will make make it even more -since now many colleges are using office 2007 hey tend to have a habit to make documents only in docx...so support for that format would be not only appreciated but loved. -If we were able to tweak the pagesaving online: loss of internet connection
Sometimes a person could lose connectivity to the internet while in online mode (due to weak or transient wireless signals), and then there is a problem with saving documents. At this point, if one tried to save a document one had been working online, the application returns a connection error, and all work since last save is lost. This seems silly, because the document is essentially on a perfectly available storage medium all the time (computer's hard drive). A great word processor, just as one would expect from you folks at Zoho. I've been using Zoho email for a while and now and have found it to be very reliable. A few things that would be good in Writer: The ability to export as an .epub file. Smart quotes (optional, of course) Easy creation of styles, i.e. not having to muck around with coding and uploading .css files -- e.g. the ability to have a para style that has a first line indent. Greetings I understand the virus/trojan reasons why Zoho's leery of allowing users to import fonts, whether PD or customized, this side of the decade, so why not create personal font firewalls where one could store fonts solely for one's own account that are isolated and untouchable by other Zoho users? I am a engineering student and I always have a hard time typing out symbols such as x-bar, V-dot, H-hat, H2(subscript)O, T1(subscript),T2....\pi \alpha \rho.... The solution I come out will is pretty simple. I modified the auto correct list to include _1 --> (subscript)1 _2 --> (subscript)2 ... for all number and a to Z same goes for ^2-->(supersubscript)2 and all the Latex symbol \pi \rho \pm \times .... This way I can replace as I type without having to remember to "find and replace" all the symbolsFormating for Articles
