Working toward a more seamless data flow was the highlight of 2024. The ability to Prefill Subforms from Zoho CRM simplifies data entry and ensures accuracy. Building on this, Dynamic Prefill via Webhooks, allows form fields to be automatically prefilled with data from external sources. Together, these updates make your processes faster and smarter.

We've also launched Advanced Approvals, streamlining workflows with multi-level approval processes, and the Kanban View of Reports, which categorizes entries based on choice fields, offering an intuitive method to analyze trends and patterns. Together, these updates create a more dynamic, efficient data management experience.

We have also refined form access with geographic data. Geolocation Enhancements brought the ability to restrict submissions based on specific regions, improving both security and relevance. We came up with two alternatives that work, bur aren't really optimal.  First one is WebMerge. Webmerge is a great application that does 100% what we need but it is way too expensive for our needs.
