I'm trying to find a way to generate a list of cancelled subscriptions that includes the cancellation reason and the notes field from the subscription and am running into a road block. Here is what I have tried: Reports in Zoho Subs - can get reason from churned subs reports, but no notes. Your own marketing says that requiring a customer to enter a credit card for a trial reduces the chance that people will sign up. I can't find any way to not require the user put in a credit card.
