For one, we
enabled WhatsApp business phone number migration so that you can
converge your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and conversations in the Instant Messaging platform. Read on to learn more about the streamlined migration process.
Migrate your WhatsApp business account to Zoho Desk
Now that we're a WhatsApp's
Business Service Provider (BSP), you can seamlessly migrate your WhatsApp business account from other BSPs to Desk.
A BSP is a third-party provider that has proven expertise on the WhatsApp
Business Platform and is authorized to help you communicate with your
customers using WhatsApp APIs.
Please note that there is no way to access the WhatsApp Business API without a provider.
You will need to select one that suits your business needs. If you're
unsure about your needs, Zoho can work with you to clarify your
requirements and find the best solution.
Suppose you are not a
techie but want to connect WhatsApp with your IT services, such as a
multi-channel inbox, customer support system, or automated chat-bot. You
need a reliable WhatsApp BSP to manage these communications between
your business and customers.
WhatsApp account details that will be migrated from your BSP
If
you have a verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with a BSP and
want to move to another BSP, you can easily migrate your account
details. This means you can choose your preferred BSP while keeping
your:
- Official Business Account status
- Display name
- Quality rating
- Messaging limits
Who can migrate?
- New customers who want to add a new number (WABA).
- New customers who want to migrate an existing number from their current BSP.
- Existing customers who want to migrate to a new number.
- Existing customers who want to migrate their number from another BSP.
