Zoho Mail

Prevent your catch-all from getting spammed

Are you worried that the catch-all mailbox of your organization is flooded with spam emails from a specific email address? We've got you covered! Zoho Mail now allows you to exclude the email address spamming your catch-all mailbox and prevent those emails from getting into your catch-all mailbox.

Zoho Calendar

Skip the back and forths- Know the availability of all your participants in one shot

With the Participants availability option, you can now check whether all your participants are available for the time you pick. You can also choose from the next 5 best possible timeslots in which all the participants are available.

Zoho Calendar now speaks your language - More Indian languages supported

With the improved multilingual support, you can now use Zoho Calendar in your local Indian language. Sanskrit, Konkani, Manipuri, Maithili, Bodo, Santali, and Dogri are now supported by Zoho Calendar.

Bring your calendars together- Introducing Zoho Calendar and Outlook calendar synchronisation

Using Outlook Calendar sync, you can now manage both your Outlook calendar and Zoho calendar in one place, from where you can add/edit/delete events in Outlook calendar. You can manage both calendars together with ease and schedule events perfectly without having to jump between tabs.

Keep your team informed by setting up Out of Office in your calendar

When you take days off from work, whether it's for a holiday, a business trip, or any other reason, it is always a good idea to update your calendar so that no one tries to schedule a meeting with you or add you to an event. You can now quickly set up an Out-of-Office Event to notify your contacts that you won't be available for a few days or even a few hours.
