Resume Harvester: New Enhancements for Faster Sourcing

Resume Harvester: New Enhancements for Faster Sourcing

We’re excited to share a set of enhancements to Resume Harvester that make sourcing faster and more flexible. These updates help you cut down on repetitive steps, manage auto searches more efficiently, and review candidate profiles with ease.

Why we built this

Sourcing often involves small steps that take up valuable time. Moving between a job opening and the harvester, pausing auto searches one by one, or opening a full profile just to get a quick sense can slow you down.

These enhancements are designed to simplify those steps so you can:

  • Start sourcing directly from the job you are working on

  • Manage auto searches in fewer clicks

  • Decide whether you want a quick preview or a detailed profile view

What’s new

Quick access from job openings

You can now launch Resume Harvester directly from a job opening. The job details are automatically filled in, so you can start sourcing right away.

Path: Job Openings → Job Details → Quick Access Panel → Resume Harvester

Bulk suspend auto searches

You no longer need to suspend searches one at a time. Select multiple auto searches and suspend them in a single action. This helps you quickly clear out searches that are no longer relevant.

NotesNote: Suspended searches cannot be resumed. To run them again, you’ll need to clone the search.

Flexible profile viewing

Candidate profiles can now be viewed in two ways:

  • Quick View: See a compact version of the profile in a small window and add the candidate directly to your database.

  • Open in New Tab: Open the full profile in detail while keeping your place in the harvester.

These options give you the flexibility to decide how much detail you need at different stages of the sourcing process.

Unified View

Access all supported job boards at once directly from the manual search.

Use cases

  1. Launch Resume Harvester from a job opening and start sourcing instantly
Say you have a new job opening that needs attention right away. Instead of switching tabs and manually entering job details, you can now open Resume Harvester directly from that job. The role information is already filled in, so you can immediately begin pulling in resumes. This helps you respond faster to urgent hiring needs without losing time on setup.

  2. Suspend multiple outdated auto searches at once to keep your list clean
Recruiters often run several auto searches across different roles. Over time, some of these searches may no longer be relevant. Instead of stopping them one by one, you can now select multiple searches and suspend them together. This makes it easier to stay organized and ensures your active searches are always aligned with your current priorities.

  3. Use Quick View for fast decisions and Open in New Tab when you want more detail
Not every candidate needs a deep dive right away. With Quick View, you can preview key details in a compact window and decide whether to add them to your database in seconds. When you do need more information, you can open the full profile in a new tab without breaking your sourcing flow. This flexibility helps you balance speed with thoroughness depending on the stage of your hiring process.

Getting started

Go to any job opening and try launching Resume Harvester from the Quick Access panel. You’ll also see the new profile viewing options when sourcing candidates.
