• Zoho CRM + Zoho Analytics - Quota Reporting
  • Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics have a robust pre-built connector
  • Zoho Analytics can also accept spreadsheet files as a data source
  • Spreadsheet created for all sales rep Quotas to import into Analytics
  • SQL tables created to consolidate and join Sales and Quota tables into a master table for reporting
  • Month over Month and Quarter over Quarter progress to Quota reporting created for individual reps, as well as sales leadership

Things We Noticed

• Checking Contacts that were converted from Leads for duplicates.
  • Our senior Dev Josh stumbled on this a month ago.  I just saw it this week when he showed it to a client.  I recommend everyone do this. We have a quick video on how to do this on our YouTube Channel
