  • This is a Zoho Creator application that will help companies ensure compliance and safety when their employees return to the office.

  • A free tool for analyzing any companies email set up.  It looks to be very helpful.

• Zoho Notebook Updates
  • A bunch of nice new features, but you still can’t link a note to a CRM record. 
• Zoho CRM adds New Workflows for Facebook and Twitter
  • An unexpected new feature that allows you to automate a comment, reaction, reply, or like when you receive a comment or post from the customers. Very nice!
• New additions to the Zoho Marketplace in July
  • 38 New extensions added to the Marketplace in July
• August Financial Suite Updates
  • Books
    • New Reports and Payment Links

Implementation of the Week

• Zoho CRM - Role Specific Email Mapping to Account Record
  • Generally, email addresses are stored at the Contact level in the CRM, rather than in the Account
  • Sometimes, you may want to trigger an email notification to a certain email address based on an action in the Account
    • Ex: Once the Account is defined as a customer, send an email template to their Billing Department email address
  • Automation put in place where based on the Contact Type definition of a Contact, that Contact email is written into the Account into a specific email field for that role
