Importing/uploading data from Zoho Recruit into Zoho Creator

Forms working since last September now causing errors ...
Has the ZOHO Creator Team made any changes to the platform in the last few days ? I ask because this page (https://help.creator.zoho.com/Feature-updates-and-bug-fixes.html) does not even report the changes made a few weeks ago (that caused problems for my client as reported at https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/urgent-client-experiencing-problem-as-of-this-morning) ... now, another one of my clients ran into a different problem with Forms that have been working since last September/October.
Question about Check Box / Multi Select
I have a checkbox with, for sake of example, the following information: Apple Pear Orange And for each person, I want to track which fruit they like... so: Johnny: Apple Bobby: Apple, Orange Susie: Apple, Pear ... and then I'm trying to import this data into Zoho's DB's to produce a report (no problem doing this), but then show a pie chart of how many persons like Apples, Oranges, and Pears... Therefore with this data, I would have a pie chart of 3 counts for Apple, 1 for Orange, and 1 for Pear.
Trial Version: no data after importing .mdb
I imported an Access Database into my trial account, but I can't seem to find any data, only forms. Does data not import in the trail version? Thanks so much, Buddy
Populate one form from a database when a custom action button is clicked
I am creating a database for a small school library. I have created a custom action button for each record called "checkout". When the button is clicked the CheckOut Form pops up in a new window but it is empty. I would like the form to pop-up with the information of the record from which the button was clicked. For Example: If a teacher wants to check out the Book "The Red Pyramid" she can search the list using multiple criteria. Once the book is found she can click on the "Check Out" button.

adding new view and locking old one
How can I add a new View based on my existing Form, and simultaneously lock the old View ? I would like to continue to use my Form but put a records into the new View and simultaneously not deleting the old View.

Allow invited Users to update their records - without login required!
Is it possible to allow invited users to update information of their records ONLY. What I want to do is send each user an email link that will take them directly to THEIR record without having to do any login. These users will NOT have a ZOHO account and neither should they be asked to create one. The link that I provide should allow them to see/update their records only and nothing else. The idea is for me to create a database of my Users and occasionally ask them to verify their information.
Disabling public Views in Application?
I have a public application for which I have several unshared views; as expected, they do not show up when a public user accesses the public form. However, I'd like to set up a public view (for editing reasons, I can go into this in more detail if necessary) without the view or report showing up as links in the application. Subforms and scheduler
Hi I have two forms, Form A and Form B. Form A contains the details of a product and Form B as a subform. Form B contains the name and email address of a person and a date. New Field Type "GRID" for Zoho Creator
Google Docs Forms are pretty limited in comparison with ZC but I do like this form element:- It collects a lot of data in a small space and means that feedback forms, profiling forms and questionnaires can be built closer to the levels required by my customers. It allows me to define how many columns and their names e.g. change from 1-5 to Disagree, Neutral, Agree in 3 columns and also to define the Row Labels. Each row: Comfort, Reliability & Design should relate to a single column in the view/table.
Unable to Share Application
I'm not the account Admin, but I'm listed as a developer on our organization's account. I created two registration forms that I need to share on our web site. It tells me that I need to upgrade my account to do that. I have "shared" both applications with everyone in our domain hoping that I could make it public from the Admin account, but it's not listed as a shared application when I sign in that way. Allowing users to update data they have previously entered
I have a ZOHO Creator form we've used in the past for data collection, where we had collected email addresses for each entrant (parent email 1, parent email 2, billing email, etc). Now that we are preparing for a new school year, we need to reregister folks; new folks are easy, they'll just enter data in the current form. Limiting Number of Registrations
Is there a way to use the "Validate" function (or any other method?) to limit the number of people who can register for a particular item. For eg: I want users to select the seminar they wish to attend at a convention but cause the database to cease accepting registrations for any specific seminar once the number of seats are full.

Modifying the grouping names for display
I currently have a view that displays and groups a series of real estate closings. Grouped first by year descending and then by month descending. The group headings show 2012-1 followed by the data then 2012-2, etc. I would like to translate the 2012-1 to 2012 - January, etc. I know how to call the function to convert the numeric value of the month to it's equivalent name but I don't know if it is possible to modify the auto-generated group headings. Hi! Is there a way to use Zoho as a login screen, where it would return the users name or something if the data matches up correctly? I would then use cookies i quess to store that info, then delete the cookie when they log out. Is this system possible with zoho?
Validating user input in decimal field
In a form, I have added a decimal field to capture "duration" in this format - 00.00 (hh.min). Once user inputs the value, I would like to validate the field to check that the input is in exact format as requested. Can anyone help me with an answer on how to achieve this.
Help with limiting user access
We have 10 case managers with hundreds of clients and are trying to prevent our case managers from seeing any records that are not assigned to them. We have a case manager view created which links their names and email address. Tech support has provided to following code: cm_email=zoho.loginuserid however when this is used in "Set Critera" I (ADMIN) lose access to my whole pipeline view. I have tried to duplicate views unsuccessfully. Thank you in advance for your help on this.

Api returing wrong value
Hi I m facing a strange issue in my form there is field delivered_date it is empty in my database but when i request through api it returns wrong value.I have attached two screenshots one showing its value in zoho creator view and 2nd one showing value when i request it through php. I want to develop an application that using one form that can maintain data from many customers who log in separately. The data for each customer is separate and private. Can Zoho handle this? I would also like to aggregate all the data to run queries and monitor. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
How do you move files from Personal to Shared
I'm new to ZoHo and when I created my apps, I created them under Personal Apps but I would like to move them to Shared Apps. Can this be done or do I need to recreate the apps and all the information already stored?
Verification Code in Firefox repeatedly throws error on correctly entered code
I have seen this issue on the forum, and it keeps being said that there is no issue because support can't reproduce it. Or the other one is to use a "supported" browser. I understand there are a lot of browsers, but keeping up is crucial to the success of your applications, Zoho. My client is using Firefox 10.0.1 and she has sent me multiple screenshots of the verification code repeatedly failing to recognize a correct entry. 2nd Technician added to Zoho Helpdesk not allowed to access the application
On my install of Zoho Creator Help Desk, I have tried to set up another technician. However, when the other technician attemps to log in the following error is rec'd: You have logged in as "user." Customized forms per user
In Creator can I: -Have different users log on -Allow them to only access a form and a report that has been customized to the user -Not allow them to access data that they have not entered (associated with their log in) -But have all of the data from multiple users dumped into a single database? Only a summary view available with no search feature on mobile devices
Even if we copy the URL and access this through a browser on the mobile device you still only get the summary view, up until yesterday we could access the list view through this method, has something changed?
