Search reports in summary view?
Is there a way to search in summary view? I've seen in other posts that this was not supported. Our database users are used to seeing company records in a summary view and searching within that view. Is there a workaround?
Only show fields with data
When creating a summary report, I would like only the fields with data do be shown. So for example, if a given record doesn't contain data in the STATE field, I would like that field to be hidden on the generated report.
URGENT- Can't add records or upgrade subscription

Report Separator Export Broken
I am creating a report "Completed Orders" under the "Orders" view within ZoHo Creator account. When I choose to link a view, I add on the fields from that view that I want to included in the report. Form Relationships
I am new to Zoho and it appears to be the perfect solution for my small business. We have a current database which we do not use the majority of the features but pay a lot of money, therefore looking for a simple cost effective solution. Formula field result format not consistent
I have 3 formula fields. The formula is basically this:(((Date1 - Date2) / 86400000)).toLong() I had one field like that in my application for months. In report it is shown as number. Today I wanted to add now formula field: (((Date3 - Date2) / 86400000)).toLong() That shows up now in the report as text (the values are calculated correctly) What is misterious is that if I make another formula field (3rd) and copy the formula from the first one (((Date1 - Date2) / 86400000)).toLong() That too

Add Formula to Amount
Hello, this is my first post...so excuse me if I don't explain my problem good enough. I have a page where one can input an amount in a given field to a specific user. So I would type in a specific user and enter an amount that user has paid and the date the amount was paid. But on the report page, I would like to have a field that shows how much the user has paid in a specific amount of time (week, month, or year). Is this something that can be done?

Input masking
Hi Zoho, I am trying to create an input mask for numbers. Currently, if I input a number like 12,583,720 Zoho displays it like this 12583720 This is not very reading friendly for humans. Is there a way of masking the number so that Zoho inserts commas and dots in the appropriate places. Not all numbers will have 8 digits. If record exists bring up edit records with openurl in same window not working?
In the date field's(named TYDate)-> "On User input" event I am checking to see if their is a record with the same as input.TYDate if so use openUrl with "/record-edit/", the result is not nearly as useful as going to the report and selecting edit on given record? How can I add fields in "search" for a report?
I am not sure if I am using the proper lingo here, so I think a screenshot would be best to illustrate my question. I cannot get the ical feed to work in any of my calendars (goole, yahoo, iphone) - Also the export in CSV doesn't seem to work either - I also can't make it public, I want to see the info on my phone without being logged in, it says to upgrade but i'm already on a paid subscription and it does not tell me what plan I need to be on - all very confusing, this was supposed to make things easier! please advise?

Can't Receive Notification of Application Completed
I've been to the Notification area and added my mails, but when I fill out and submit my application form I get no notification or copy of the submitted form in my email. Puzzled. I'm sure it's something simple but I can't figure it. Please help. Thanks. Mike
new lookup radiobuttons fields always displayed as dropdowns
When you try to create a radiobuttons lookup field you have surprise to see that the created field is displayed as dropdown. Even if in the form definition the field is specified as being chekboxes type and you can even set the number of columns in field properties, it is always displayed as dropdown and there is no way to change this. I'm new to Zoho Creator, and exploring it as an alternative to GApps. I'm rebuilding a flight booking small app as an experiment. One feature I need is a lookup of IATA airport codes. My list has about 6,000 airport cities, and the corresponding IATA 3 letter airport code. Will this simple lookup table bounce me into the $499 per month category due to the limit on records? Hi, In a FormA I have a date field DAY that ON INPUT have a script that display in another dropdown TIME the options that was not selected from none until this moment. Unable to see all user defined fields in bidirectional relationship

Calendar disappeared
I am in Zoho Creator, and clicked EDIT THIS APPLICATION to change which fields would display when a calendar appointment was opened. When I finished making the change, I clicked ACCESS THIS APPLICATION to view the calendar again. The calendar had disappeared, replaced with a message that says We are unable to fetch this data, sorry! Migration tool issue - Shared Apps not available?
When I use the Zoho Migration tool for Excel/Access to try to upload my Excel file to a shared app, no shared apps are listed in the "Shared Apps" dropdown within the tool. However, when I login to Zoho Creator using the same account and go to Dashboard > Shared Apps, I can see that the application is in my list of "Shared Apps". Is this a known Migration Tool bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I have a date field called Date Valid SSI Submission Received and I need to add another date field called 70 Day from Application. I want the date field called '70 Day from Application' to automatically work out and populate the date 70 days after the date that is inputted into Date Valid SSI Submission Received. Report Views not available for users
I recently noticed that non of my users can create views when they are logged in. The report option only shows up for me as the admin. Not only that, the views that I created for applications , does not pull the right data because the view criteria is not available for the users. Am I missing something?
