Can't verify SPF record over a week
my domain is copperion.com , already set SPF record "v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all" but the control panel always shows me SPF is not configurated , lasting over a week

Spam Control
The Spam control whitelist does not seem to do anything. I have added emails to the whitelist and emails from these email addresses still end up in Quarantine. I have spf set to quarantine, spf-soft set to quarantine, dkim set to quarantine, dnsbl set to reject.

I accidentally set my primary email as a hosted email so I'm unable to set an admin password. I sent an email about this this morning, got a generic "this is how you set up an account" response...and now I'm still stuck. Can someone please help me! i would like to have it that when a sub admin recieves an email on his set email address (example@zoho,com) three actions should happen 1) the same email should be recieved by the admin 2)the sub admin should receive an email notification to his personal email (test@gmail,com) that he has an email in the system so he will know to log in 3) if either the admin or subadmin responded to the email it should be marked as read by both the dmin and subadmin thank you
