Out of Office for multiple emails on one account
Hi Looking for some advice/guidance if possible. I have a few different email addresses (i.e. hello@... Contact@... etc) through my Zoho mail account and I would like to sent up an automated Out Of Office Reply that will respond to emails incoming to all of those addresses as they all come to a single inbox. I have worked through the panel for setting the out of office responder and can only seem to get it to work for one single email address (the main one, i.e. name@...) and not all of them simultaneously

Deleting SuperAdmin Email?
I changed the default email for my super admin account. The other email has become a secondary email, but I want to delete it. How do I go about doing that??? Do I have to close the account, and sign up for zoho again? (I don't want to do that.) It used to be the super admin email, but now I don't need it. I'd like to make it a group email, but it's not letting me do that.

Hello, I have a problem here and I can not resolve... I used the configuration - v = spf1 to mx include: vedspf.vedomi.com include: servers.mcsv.net include: zcsend.net? All So, I changed to - v = spf1 to mx include: vedspf.vedomi.com include: servers.mcsv.net include: zcsend.net include: zoho.com ~ all What's the problem? Is it because I'm keeping "include: zcsend.net"? How do I configure? I followed the steps and nothing ... Note: I am in Brazil and managed directly from the panel of Registro.br.

New user shows up as pending in invitation list!! Please help.
Hi Team, I've created 3 users and 1 of them got created successfully but the 2nd and 3rd (admin@ewayinfosystem.com, info@ewayinfosystem.com), have been placed in the Invitation List and shows up as pending. There is a very quick short red message showing up when I try to create that last user but it disappears too fast to be able to read it. Could you please help me !
Access old version for "send mail as"
I've been trying to access the old version to change the "send mail as" parameter, but that page only gives me a "loading" prompt that never resolves. All other tabs like vacation reply and signature work fine.

SPF notification not removing nor SPF showing as configured
Hi Support, I've updated the SPF record as a TXT record type for a client who owns spriked.com and conducted a check on mxtoolbox.com and it shows as updated and valid but not in the case in the spriked.com Zohomail account where the notification shows as SPF not configured and the Control Panel>Domains> SPF shows as a triangle with an exclamation mark within it, which means it hasn't been configured. I've configured countless SPF records for Zohomail and have never had an issue like this. Please

Cannot add email user "sbride" to petalumacoffee.com

I get the following reply: ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Administrative prohibition I have checked SPF and DKIM with DKIMValidator.com and got a pass on both. Email rules now operated on email accepted be the MTA to sort into folders or flag, delete or not. I would prefer zoho expose MTA level filtering so I can REJECT email causing a bounce response from the sender side.

Trouble with MX and TXT records propagating
So I have just set the necessary MX records in my DNS records, to use Zoho for incoming email instead of the service I used previously. Zoho has thrown a warning "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho." for the past hour. This is strange - because I sent the TTL of the new records to 300, and DNS propagation tools like mxtoolbox.com confirm that the new MX records are visible now all over the world. We have our domain, say "example.com", on Zoho. We have created a group on zoho control panel, "info", whose email address is "info@example.com". We'd like emails sent to "info@example.com" to be delivered to some of our internal users (users with an email addr of "{something}@example.com") AND, to a Gmail account, "someone@gmail.com" but specified with the "plus" address "someone+infoexamplecom@gmail.com". My client wants to set up 2 domains for email hosting. He purchased STANDARD Email Hosting--which allows you to have multiple domains. My client already owns both domain names--through register.com. I've setup 1 domain name for my client: lizbockelman.com However, every time I try to set up a 2nd domain name, graphocity.com, I get the message that "domain already exists". RIGHT, my client already owns that domain name. QUESTION: How do I add a 2nd domain name where we already own that domain name?
