sharing in Writer
Hi I am a teacher who is using writer with her students. I have 2 main questions. 1- I have 120 students in 6 different classes who are all sharing documents with me. Is there a way to organize the documents into folders so I can see only one class at a time? 2- Some kids have accidentally shared their document with me twice. It is the same document, no changes have been made to it. It shows up twice in my shared folders program. So, is there anyway I can delete one of them? Or do they have to go
How to integrate Writer with my site?
Hello. Is there some way to open doc document with Zoho writer from my site? There list list of docs on my page (links to files). Can i allow somehow for my site visitors to open that document with writer by simple click. Example, to put spiceal link near file "View with Zoho" . When visitor clicks on the link new browser window is opened and document is autoimported to zoho. I think my visitor must to be registered in zoho . And the visitor must enter login/password after he click on link(button)

Cannot see collaborators although a doc is shared
I have shared a doc with colleagues, but when I expand the collaborators pane on the left, it tells me that I have to share the doc first. (See attachement, Firefox 2.0.0.12)

MySQL Table name truncated at 21 chars in Crystal Report.NET

Zoho Chat
There is something seriously wrong with zoho chat. It doesn't push the message to the other user and it opens up multiple instances of the same chat window if you get mad and try to click it again when it fails. Also the collaboration on a Word type document is pretty klunky in terms of how and when it locks a file being collaborated on and how it refreshes peoples screens. Javascript error <wms.zoho.com> skipbinding
Hi, I have tried three versions of Opera Linux 9.10, 9.2x and now 9.5 and I am still getting a <wms.zoho.com> skipbinding javascript error popup that will not disappear unless I disable javascript. - Now it seeems to appear in most apps and in the new startup page - Looks like it is not affecting functionality so maybe you could switch off that bit? Remote API -Envoking save / auto-save to ensure no work lost
I'm using the remote API - and I display the Zoho editor in an iFrame within my site. 90% of my users will be on laptops which could go into hibernation, lose wireless connection, freeze, etc - a ton of things which would make them lose what they have on the screen. Control the heading style
I would like to have some control over the automatic heading styles. For example, why aren't they just like the headers in MS Word: bold, big and italic. Small gray headers don't seem like headers to me at all. Kind regards. dor

Strange table bug adds table cells
When you select all cells of a table and then click on one of the tables, in 50 % of the cases a table cell gets added before all other cells in the table. That means the cells of the first row are shifted right and a new column is added to the right (see attachments). This is very annoying. Any idea? (Firefox 2.0.0.12) Best regards, Patrik

Cancellation of sharing does not work

Plugin Bug
I am having difficulties with the Writer/Word plugin. I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the program numerous times with the same result. Whenever I try to sign in, I get the message, "An error occurred while configuring the local setup for the user. Please check System Space and access permissions for the folder." I don't have this problem with the Sheet/Excel setup - I can log in just fine. Any help or suggestions? Or am I just stuck?
save zoho Documents in my ktdms
hello, I have installed vao 3.0 into my 3.4.5 version, I applied the patches but it failed, I used an example already patched file. I could edit files .doc and .xls and then save them, but these files don't save to my ktdms. so please my help save document in ktdms................. thanks

Having read several posts regarding embed Soho Writer Editor in their own application. The answer is NO. Alternative way is using Remote API to save content onto 3rd party server. My question is whether an 3rd party application can intercept the content while users are in Soho Writer Editor. "Download As" not working

Writer frequently pauses, loses my text
I posted about this issue in "Let us know about Writer" a few minutes ago but can't find my post. And I tried calling the 800 number and was referred to Technical Support, at which point I got the message, "The person at extension 6930 is not available. At the tone, leave a message." I did not. specially blog to publish to
I like the zoho writer tool. very neat. I use Expression engine that supports multiple blogs. Is their a way to specify which blog I want to post to. Kinda of like how google docs does this, but just supplying the blog name with the url tag.
Organization
There needs to be more ways to file and organize. If you have just ten pieces of writing, it starts to get cluttered and hard to use. Folders would be a good option. Or look at Buzzword for inspiration. It is in most ways an inferior system, but has good style and pretty good organization. scaeascae
There is no "NEW" button to create anything!
When I go to mini soho on my iPhone, I choose writer (or any other app) and I get the welcome message that says to click "NEW" at the top left of the screen. Problem is - THERE ISN'T A NEW BUTTON! Word Plugin - cannot view uploaded document
I just started using the MS Office plugin, which I think is great. However, for some reason, I can't view an uploaded document in Zoho Writer. For instance, I can view it on my laptop (using xp). Then if try another computer, I can't see a thing but a little box. I have other imported files, which work fine. So I wonder what's really going on. Is it OK to use Word 2003, or is there a compatibility issue?
