Why can't I get all the data from Sendinblue to my Zoho CRM?
Hi, I tried to integrate Sendinblue and Zoho CRM and when I sync the data, I just get the e-mail and not all of the fields I have in Sendinblue. How can I personalize the fields or what can I do to get all the data?
Can't Email Zoho Finance Estimate from CRM
I have Zoho One, and have integrated Zoho Books with the CRM. Everything works fine for me (I am the Super Administrator). Security for all modules is set to Read/Write/Delete, and Zoho Finance is turned on in the security settings. I have other users with Manager > Standard access. When they create an Estimate through the CRM link and then try to email it, they get the error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator." Zoho Finance Permissions Missing from Security Profiles
We have Zoho Finance Enabled to integrate with Zoho Books. It all is working as expected. I need to edit security profiles to limit who can see Finance from the related lists for accounts and Contacts. I do not see finance listed in any of the security profiles as per the setup instructions. Does anyone have an explanation?

Hi, I just signed up for Zoho CRM. I already use Zoho contacts manager. I would have thought that my Contact Manager contacts would show up in my CRM. Seems like a no-brainer, right? But no. How can I get my contacts from Zoho Contacts Manager into Zoho CRM? I hope there is a way that doesn't suck. Help will be much appreciated.
Pandadoc - Zoho Extension is not available for your region.
Hi there, I am trialling both Zoho and Pandadoc at present and just tried to link them. This error message has come up. We are in New Zealand and have a zoho.com.au. profile. Can you please confirm this is indeed correct and it is zoned to certain regions? It's a dealbreaker for one of the two platforms if they can't link so hopefully there is a workaround. Thanks.

API and Lead Conversion Mapping
I'm using the API/Zapier to convert a Lead based on a trigger. The lead conversion process is working however, it's not triggering the Lead Conversion Mapping, in that, it's not mapping fields from the Lead Module to the Deal/Potential module.

First, let me thank you for improving the integration to zoho sign so that we can add template, then send. Before, we have to move to the zoho sign platform, then have to add sign fields (and arrange them to make the document look most professional) before we can send. What a hassle. Zoho Finance - Invoice Module doesn't connect custom CRM modules
I'm trying to include information on my invoices but I cannot edit the Zoho Finances (Books) Invoice module. I can add fields but not lookup fields. I might be able to use the CRM Invoice module instead, then automate posting client and amount of the invoice to Books, but thats extra work. Is there a way to link the Zoho Finance Invoice module to custom modules?

ZOHO Survey Responses Not Syncing
Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with an issue I've been having. I've integrated a ZOHO Survey with the Contacts module in CRM and the responses sync over perfectly ONLY when the survey is sent using the ZOHO Survey section in a particular contact's record. If I hit the "Send Email" button on the same contact's record and send them a survey link that way the survey still works and records a response but it doesn't appear in that contact's record (the Survey section). My contacts get duplicated in crm and books
Hello, I have a Zoho integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. In Zoho Books, I have the Contacts two way sync between the CRM and Books. However, I am having a problem. When I merge a duplicate in CRM, what it does it creates a new contact in Books (even though it already exists). When I try to merge the new contact and the existing contact in Zoho Books, it creates a new contact in Zoho CRM even though I have the existing recently merged contact. A never ending story. Zapier / Zoho CRM new version is bad - can't update accounts

No automatic call log using integrated VoIP provider
Hi, We added Placetel as VoIP provider with Zoho. Our sales people are calling contacts by clicking the phone number in the Contacts detail in CRM. Zoho pops in a modal window at the bottom right of the browser. Colleagues are making the call, but call activity are never added in the contact open or closed activity list. When the call ends, the pop in window disappears. They have to fill manually a new call using the + call link. Am I missing something so call are automatically logged in the contact

I have a query: We have integrated Zoho CRM with Zapier but the leads are created with a single owner. We need the leads that come from Zapier to be automatically assigned to different owners.
Zapier only allows you to assign a Zoho user, not all users.
Example. The Lead enters Zoho and its owner is Ana. (Ana is the user who is connected to Zapier). We want it to be assigned to either Peter or Josh or John or Ana.

Approve Lead - Wordpress Zoho CRM Forms
We have been testing the Wordpress plugin for a while now and although its really great, the one thing that is missing is the ability to send the details captured into the 'Approved Lead' list. With standard Zoho forms this happens automatically but for some reason, the Wordpress Plugin sends the captured details straight into the main leads list.
