Partial phone number search is not working for Vendors and Accounts for ZOHO V2 RECORD API
I have phone number (+17202548042) saved for Vendor. When I search this vendor with following API with exact phone number, getting result. https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Vendors/search?phone=17202548042 But when searching this vendor with following API with partial phone number, not getting result. https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/Vendors/search?phone=7202548042 Same type of partial search is not working for Accounts as well. But partial phone number search is working for Contacts and Leads.

Integration with Asterisk problem
Hi! I wrote in https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/integration-with-asterisk-not-working but didn't got answer. I have integration with asterisk. I can click to call outgoing but when the call is answered in the softphone the Zoho is still under calling. And there is no popup on the screen for icoming calls. And we can't make next outgoing call until crm page will be reloaded. How can we fix it? John.
Contact form from web integration - frequent use email issue
We have linked our web contact form to leads in Zoho. We have tried 2 pacahages including Zoho Mail and all works fine EXCEPT - When the same email is used multiple times, the lead does not pass through any more. You get a confirmation but it does not appear?
Telephony Module built into Zoho
I'm looking for an easier way to record my call results from the telephony module using Twilio. When the call is complete, you can enter notes or create a new action. Is there a way to insert call results into the Call pop up screen after the call? I'm trying to build reports and I am updating a field called lead status, but when I run a report, its not pulling the data. If I can just select from a drop down call results that would work perfectly for me. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello When I scan a card using card scanner the adress shows on the app, but where does it put it in ZOHO CRM Contacts ? I cannot find the address in the Fields Module which matches the cad scanner,is there a way of matching fields? I have 1500 cards to scan.

Outlook Office 365 Integration
I have just activated Office 365 integration. I can see in my Outlook, emails sent from Zoho and also events in my calendar. In the opposite direction it does not work. I mean, I can´t see in Zoho CRM what i do in Outlook (sent emails and calendar). I'd appreciate any help, Thanks in advance.

We currently inventory and fulfill orders through ZOHO Inventory (have added ZOHO Commerce recently for our webstore). When integrating ZOHO Finance Suite to ZOHO CRM, is there the ability to categorise contacts based on their product purchase? Enquiring as it would be helpful for targeted Marketing through ZOHO Campaigns (e.g., Customer buys Product A and receives follow-up regarding features of Product A, satisfaction of Product A, etc.).

Zoho CRM Eventbrite Integration
Hi, I'm trying to integrate our Eventbrite account with our Zoho CRM. I have tried two options and neither work quite right and I'm looking for some advice. How to make Gravity Form entries show up in Zoho
Hi guys, So I have an order form (powered by Gravity Forms ) on a website I've integrated Zoho with. Now, this form has several entries I want to appear on Zoho when the form is submitted. Right now, I only get basic entries like name, phone, address etc but I have some custom fields I need to show up also. How can I acheive that?
Quotation Management Installation stalled at "Setting up Application Please wait, while we work our magic"
I've attempted to install Quotation management about 5 times. Each time, I push the install button, push confirm and then I get this screen. Suddenlt the ring central intergration on chrome browser on the MAC is not bringing up caller info box etc within the CRM. Works fine now in Safari. I have made sure that pop ups are enabled etc. It worked last week?:

Hello We have integrated Zoho CRM with Zapier but the leads are created with a single owner. We need the leads that come from Zapier to be automatically assigned to different owners. Zapier only allows you to assign a Zoho user, not all users. Example. The Lead enters Zoho and its owner is Ana. (Ana is the user who is connected to Zapier). Outlook plugin - Search and Add Email has stopped working
Hi, I installed the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook version 6.5.0.0 a couple of weeks ago, it worked well and did exactly what I needed which was to manually save emails to the Zoho CRM and allow me to select which Lead or Deal to attach the email to. Why is this feature only available to Enterprise customers? I want to add some details into a new lead form on the click on a button. I have written the code to connect to an external api using getUrl and can get the address information i need from it into a variable but I can't find how I can put information from this variable into the text boxes on the form. issues with EMAIL tab not showing up..J
I have had my manager set up the email add on feature. My manager is NOT using the mail add on, its only me that is using it. We gone through the processes of setting up the mail add on and making sure that I am activated on it. The problem is that I dont have a EMAIL tab at the top of my TAB bar where Leads/contacts/activities ect are located. Does anyone know what we can do to fix this issue?
