Hello, I have synchronized google calendar with the crm, I would like to run a workflow when an event is created in the google calendar but when I create the rule with "create" triggered it doesn't work any suggestion or workaround please? thanks
Ringcentral Calls Not Going out from CRM
Incoming calls come in fine from ringcentral to zohocrm, however when I press the green call button next to the phone number, it says "Calling...", but the softphone isn't calling. I've enabled pop-ups so I don't think that's an issue..
data insertion functionality from third party app is not working on custom module
hello all, I am inserting data from my PHP form to a custom module in CRM , but the data is not inserted. I tried the same procedure for lead and it is working fine for lead , but when I change it for custom module the code is executed and response as a successful but when I go to the custom module in my crm , there is no data Available. Has anyone out there successfully integrated any other on-premise PBX systems with ZOHO CRM? We use an IWATSU system that our phone engineers have successfully integrated with other CRM's, but the ZOHO support staff has so far been unable to provide much support for this. Our engineers simply need some answers about the languages used between the systems, and they're confident they could integrate the systems. Thanks in advance for any assistance or advice!
False Advertising - No Quickbooks Integration
Im very disappointed in Zoho. The website says over and over again on the comparison details that quickbooks integration is supported. There are even detailed instructions to set it up. That was the deciding factor for me when making my CRM decision. I signed up for the professional version this weekend only to find out there is NO integration. I called customer service and was told it was canceled 8 months ago and they just "haven't had a chance to update the website yet" Anyone who owns a business

Today I started getting a warning, "Please check input values!!!" when attempting to add a task from within the CRM email module. See the image below. This is something that I have been doing routinely. As you can tell, the input values that I am adding are simple. Because of the error waringin, I cannot add the task to my task list, with the only option is to cancel. Please advise.
Zoho CRM Social Tab and Zoho Social issues and disappointment
Hi I´m using both but have a few concerns Social Tab: It loaded the Facebook news feed up to today BUT for some reason it has not updated the Messages, so I cant seem to test the "Add Contact" feature. I have reloaded the page, cleared cookies and cache, I even removed the Facebook Page and added it again, but it is stuck on an old message!! it just wont update. What else should I do? Zoho Social: I just signed up to this today, and the latests Messages and posts are up to date BUT there is no option
Outlook for Mac - Events Synchronization
This app integration just does not seem to work. Has anyone had success getting their Outlook for Mac calendar to sync properly with their Zoho CRM Calendar? Also, using Zoho to invite users / contacts has many issues - i.e. when the invitee accepts the event it doubles up on calendar. Is there an update coming?
How do I delete synced contacts from Gmail?
I have synced my Gmail contacts, but, unfortunately, most of them were my private contacts - not businesses. How do I delete entire sync to get back to the situation before this unfortunate syncing? Krzysztof
Stateless Forms into CRM
Hi, I have a Stateless Form in a creator app which I would to have accessible from Zoho CRM so that the people in charge of acting on this form can do everything from CRM. When in CRM I import a form from Creator I can see the Stateless form but when I reach the configuration of "Share" it tells me that I can't share it with CRM users. I imagine the problem is linked to the form being Stateless but is there any way I can make it work? Thanks! Andrea

I have some questions related to Gmail and Zoho CRM. ADDING CONTACTS TO CRM VIA THE GMAIL MESSAGE In gmail, I can see the "search zoho crm" at the end of the email. When I select "go" it finds the contact in the CRM. If that contact is not currently in the CRM, I have the option to add that contact. Issue: There is no Lookup option for the Account Name. I would like to be able to search the CRM accounts (as I am able to do normally in the CRM) and select the appropriate account for that contact,
Nothing sync between Zoho invoice and crm
Firstly some of my contacts on the invoicing app transfered on to crm but not all of them. I decided to delete all the contacts on CRM and re sync between the two apps didnt work. Item section has same problem.

Can a new Google Apps account work with an existing Zoho CRM?
Zoho tells me that in order to get Zoho CRM to work with Google Apps I will have to activate Zoho CRM from within Google Apps Marketplace. But what about my existing Zoho CRM? I have done a lot of customization work to create fields etc, and to import contacts, and I don't want to lose that. Does that all go to waste? I will also want to use Zoho CRM email Add-on.

Zoho Email addon and Gmail (or Google Apps Email) - using google as email client not Zoho CRM
I understand from the video demo that your Email addon allows us to have relevant emails shown with contacts in Zoho when I use the integrated email within CRM, however I want to know if my emails will show up inside zoho under the relevant contact, when I use gmail (or Google apps email) as my email client, meaning I will do almost all of my sending and replying to emails withing Gmail, not within Zoho CRM. If I have everything set up properly, will the emails be updated in Zoho CRM automatically

I cannot see Gmail sent emails in their respexctive potentials. Spent hours configuring and re configuring Zoho mail Add on + making testes: no way! All mails sent from Gmail are visible under the Zoho mail icon... but not in their corresponding potential. HELP!
Migrating from QuickBooks Customer Master and LACRM Contact list.
I have migrated our QuickBooks customer list into accounts. We want to migrate our contact info from LACRM to Zoho Contacts. We have never synchronized QB and LACRM, so the spelling of company names may not match up. What problems will this create in Zoho CRM? We may move from QB to ZohoBooks in the near future.

I have the add on set up and it is adding emails to contact records. However it is not consolidating emails in "Customers" folder as I have instructed in the set up. Please help.

search for contacts an accounts does not work
I do not know what is happening but the search for contacts and accounts in the iphone does not work for several weeks. It is as if not completely synchronized. I restarted the application Zoho mobile but this is still not working. It is urgent solution because working out of the office does not serve me. Before working fine but now I do not know what is happening.

Error with Social Network Features
Dear Support Currently, I can't work with Social Network feature of Zoho CRM . It's just show "Loading" icon while I connect to Leads profile and I can't Click "Add Button" of Tab Unknown on Social Module. Is it have problem with your system or my account? One week before, I still working normally. I have created new account (trial) to test Social Network features in CRM but It's just same error.

Can I link a Creator record to a specific CRM Contact?
New to Zoho and really like it. So far it is fitting my needs but I am wondering if it is possible to link a specific Creator record (or completed form, not sure of the proper termonology) to a CRM account? For instance if I fill out a Creator form and one of my fields is "Account" from which I have a link to select from my CRM Accounts is there a way to then go into CRM and see that record from Creator?

Unable to send email from my Gapp address. Message CRM_ERROR_500::::::EXCEPTION Mailed ZOHO 24 hours ago and other than the automated response, nothing! Appreciate IMAP has presented numerous issues for ZOHO previously, but is really the only option for our business.
