Facebook integration always fails
Hello, I have switched the company from sugar to Zoho, so far so good :-) Now we are facing a problem, all the contacts we are trying to synch with Facebook, fails... during the process everything seems to work fine but the search results does never include the right contact and the there is no possibility to see more results, even when a contact is in my personal contacts, the search fails... please look into this matter asap as like it is the social integration is not useful thanks
Google Apps Configure Email
Hi, I have set up the google apps. I am now in Zoho CRM, Zoho CRM for Google Apps and Configure Google Email. The form has my email address pre populated and is asking me for my Gmail Password. When ever I enter my password the pop up says USERNAME_NOT_SET . I have two stage security set up on my Gmail account is this the problem?
Server not Connecting? Not Receiving E-mails?
I had this error message come up yesterday, The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. After waitning 24 hours and no reply from Zoho support, I stumbled onto the below, and this has worked, I can now get emails. Go to https://mail.zoho.com This will bring up your Zoho mail app add-on. Look at your primary e-mail address, mine was marked as 'disabled' for some reason, hover over the 'disabled' word and click on it to enable
Subforms in Zoho CRM custom app?
Hey, does anyone know if it's possible to use subforms in a Zoho CRM custom app? I'm building a sales reporting module which will be quite similar to the quote module in Zoho CRM (which has a subformy style interface) but be higher level (product categories rather than individual products) and contain different information (needs to have revenue + profit margin for each line item). I want the user to be able to add an unlimited number of product categories. E.g. they might add these rows - Servers
Can Zoho automatically create a new folder in Docs when an account is made in CRM?
Didn't seem to see how to do this, we have the $20 Zoho plan (or will potentially soon). Maybe I'm missing this but can Docs and CRM sync? So ideally, I make an account in Zoho, and it automatically creates a folder in Docs. That's the main thing that I want. What would be even better though is any files I save into that folder like using the desktop app, are visible from Zoho. Mainly just wondering if there's a way to have it automatically make folders. pop gmail not working
Hello I wonder if you can help me. My email is handled by gmail and I have integrated it into Zoho CRM. I followed all the steps in your manual and for a couple of weeks it worked. but now it has stopped. My emails are arriving and sending in gmail without a problem but none of them are attaching to my client contact records. I have checked that my pop is enabled and have even bought additional zoho mail capacity. but no joy. Driving me mad!

It would be awesome if, when using the Android CRM App, and making a phone call, the phone call could be logged. Would make life on the road a bit easier. Would not have to use the full online version then.
How can sync (<>) a google contact with a propsect?
Hello Support I need to sync google contacts with a prospect data. The function ZOHO sync contacts with Google Contacts works well but not all registered contact can be considered an account (maybe can be a prospect). How could I do this? And another one It would be opportune for the future that a prospect may have one or more partners in the CRM contacts and it is not always appropriate to transform it into an account. The google apps integration is great. Is it possible to add more fetures? it is great the possibility to create new leads and contact, anyhow the fields are very limited, can you ad more fields to avoid the hassle to go to zoho to implement the missing data?

Formatting Zoho Web Forms
Hi, I'm now to Zoho, but have been involved with web development for a while. Using the web form creator I can produce a very nicely laid out form with the pretty little question marks for the field help that look great in the previews, however when the form gets pulled out of Zoho the question marks get lost and the help text either sits as a mess to the right of the fields or doesn't appear at all. It doesn't seem to matter whether we are using the embedded code, the source or the iFrame code.

Hello, I'm trying to connect two separate instances of a booking application to one Zoho CRM account, and it's working fine with one, but not the other. I've attempted setting it up using both the same Zoho CRM API key and separate API keys, yet still only one of the two booking accounts was integrating with Zoho. Does Zoho somehow limit the use one API to only a singular third party connection. Any insights / suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Josh

I am havind a problem with the sync (update) with my Android Zoho CRM to Desktop version. This morning I was prospecting clients outside off the office and create 5 Leads in my Android Phone. The only way a user can access the social tab is with the admin profile. Created a test profile, with full administrator privileges, did not work either. 20+gb gmail box, can't use Gmail integration without a hefty cost
We just signed up six users for Zoho CRM and would like to be able to send messages from gmail to accounts in Zoho. The POP3 functionality requires that all mail is ingested into Zoho which means that we would have to buy a ton of extra space for every user. Are there alternatives such as forwarding mail or a third party application out there? We used Cirrus Insight for Salesforce to accomplish this...until today.
serious issue. zoho crm android app not integrating with main crm
None of the info that I write in my zoho crm app from my galaxy note 3 are showing up on anything (not my laptop, not my desktop, not my company's reports) except for my mobile app. What is going on? I am trying to add a user and Zoho keeps saying e-mail is already in use. when i search zoho the name or e-mail does not come up. this particular e-mail I think is written in the code for a website submission notification. Is there a way around not deleting that notification.

We use potentials in Zoho to reflect jobs that we are bidding. So in QB we have The customer and below are all the jobs that are associated with the customer. We are currently synching Zoho Accounts to Customers in QB. What we really need to avoid dual entry is Potentials to synch with Jobs. From what I read in the integration between Zoho CRM & Zoho books description (below) I should be able to create a product in Zoho CRM and have it synced to Zoho Books, but this did not work for me. I created a product in Zoho CRM and it is not showing up on Zoho Books items. QuickBooks Connector - Inventory Parts are not supported as Products
Is this something that Zoho plans on fixing? I'm interested in what others are doing to get around this limitation. If you want to track Costs of Goods Sold at the organizational level, QB makes you use Inventory Items which in turn breaks all Product/Quote/SO/Invoice integration with Zoho.
