Creating Account Records from Contacts
Hi, I am new to Zoho CRM and would like to know if there's a way to automate the creation of Account Record when the Contact is created? I have a system that uses the Zoho Webform to create contacts (since no webform available for Accounts) when successful payment from Paypal. Bcc Dropbox and email - what am I doing wrong

Creating a calendar button in the module bar
When in Zoho CRM the module bar covers the area of the CRM modules. I know I can create a link on the right in a module where I can go to my calendar. I would like to create a button in the module bar for access to my calendar so that no matter what module I am in I can go right to it and prefer not to start another browser tab. I haven't seen where you can create it. Is it possible?

Hi, I was considering getting the Zoho Mail add on for our CRM. We have 4 users in the CRM, however we each use multiple gmail accounts (not Zoho mail). About 5 each. Plus each of our individual clients has a separate gmail account as well. We'd like to use the mail add on to track our gmail emails within Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM POP Mail account multiple emails
Hello. I have added one pop email account into the crm using the zoho mail app add-on, and currently it's synced all past emails to each contact. We have another email address that I was hoping to also sync with the crm contacts as well so I added it as a second pop email address, but still under the same zoho crm user account. searching leads on android app
I have been adding an area to the comments box on my leads so that when I am in a specific area of town I can search that area and pull up all of those specific leads, it works online but not on the android app. searching the server using the android app will not pull up any records eventhough I can when I am logged in online.

IPad permissions with professional account
Hi, I have a subscription for the professional account and have downloaded the iPad app. It looks nice, but everything I try to do, I get the message "you do not have permission to add a record in this module". Is there a way for a Zoho campaign to report which link the client clicked on and feed that into Zoho CRM? Right now, when we sync between the two, we can see who clicked on a link but we can't see which link they clicked on. We have Mail Add On enabled. We select Emails tab from CRM menu, select an email , then select the CRM tab at the bottom right of the mail preview pane, then select the potentials tab and potentials come up that are connected to the email address of the account, however when we click on 'Associate' next one of the emails, we get a red warning that it was not possible to complete the action, with the message quoted in title: Unable to process your request. Multiple Zoho accounts - leveraging docs on one account with CRM on another
I have two different Zoho accounts. One that is more personal that I pay for a standard Docs subscription for 250GB of storage and a different one attached to my Google Apps Domain for a start up I am building. I leverage Zoho CRM with my business account, but because of all of the storage space I have and pay for from my personal account I would like to store my docs there yet be able to attach them easily to my business CRM account. Export Contacts with accented characters
I want to export my Zoho CRM Contacts that have an email, to Zoho Mail. Since this is not automated, I tried to export the Zoho CRM Contacts to a CSV file using the Data Admin Export Tool.
