Take two contacts A and B belonging to different accounts. (request == ticket) Customer A creates ticket [##1234##] Customer B creates a different ticket [##1111##] Customer B sends an email response but accidently uses [##1234##]. This message is posted on the ticket [##1234##]. Ideally, the portal would have the option to block, bounce, or post the message internally. This will likely need to fit into the use cases where 1) another user from Customer A emails a response (allow), 2) another account

I created an account easily enough by signing in with my google identity. Unfortunately, that is the not email I wish to use so I went to my account to add an email address. Unfortunately every time I enter the email address I want to use, it tells me I am entering the wrong password. I know my password. It's not wrong. What do you do to effectively add email addresses? Zoho does not print properly
I have a database with pictures in each record. My problem is trying to print the database with those pictures. Obviously I can print from the browser, but that cuts records off at the bottom of pages. Exporting to PDF or Spreadsheet (Excel) only exports the image URL rather than the picture itself. I found a forum string that promised more printing options in Zoho, but that was in 2008! Surely there's a way to print a full database, complete with pictures? Thank you.

At the minute they use Outlook web interface but we are moving to outlook 2007 on the RDPC Server. Since their is no plug-in that can work with outlook's OWA this is now a necessity. Unwanted senders
I think that Zoho would be perfect if I could actually bounce (NOT block) an unwanted sender. I would also like a notification that a problem sender has been bounced. Also, I'm not interested in unwanted email going to a spam folder that I would have to periodically clean out. Spam folder fills quickly in yahoo and hotmail. I believe that this would discourage unwanted senders that you do not want to hear from.

How to create a new user / user alias for my account.

I would like to create a custom report with log message containing single quote ('). However, the system does not allow the report creation and pops up messages: Please remove quote from the Message field. I have tried adding the a back slash in front of the single quote but that does not resolve the problem. See below screenshot. I am working on setting up a Customer Portal that does not require that the customer to setup an account before submitting a request (only requires their email). Hi, I have switched phones and Email providers and thought all was going well until hitting a problem deleting emails from my Nokia N8 Mail. Having added my Zoho mail account as an IMAP account all my mail was successfully retrieved. However, having deleted a couple of emils from my inbox I found they reappeared when new mail arrived. Looking into this further it would seem that my N8 cannot delete emails from my Zoho account even if I sync straight after issuing the request to delete the email on
