hi just make number of fields in form as hidden for user. but when editing entry - user can see all list of all fields in form. and pick hidden field for changing. how can i hide for user name of fields that are hidden for him in form?

i have a multiple select field under Students form with the available sessions for January. Field name is January In the Course form, I have a multi-select lookup field for the students. When I save the Course form, I want to update the multi-select field of the selected students to reflect the course name Course name in the Course form is the same as the options in the multi select field under students. Report emailed is not same format as template
I have taken the time to make a report template of two columns and when I fill in all the information and click on submit it emails me a copy and when I get that copy the form is not the way I have it set up. It seems like once I hit submit it reads the from from top to bottom of the left column and then from top to bottom of the right column and emails it as such so my cells and the information is not side by side.. Example would how it should be is.... first name last name pax 1 name

I have a Zoho CRM lookup field in my form that looks up the customer's name from the CRM. When I attempt to import data using the XML RPC API, I receive the error "Failure, Invalid column value..." I have tried to use both the customer's name and the customer's ID from the CRM. How do I fix this problem?

Hi, I have one application that has a user with id without the email.com in it. e.g. "name1" Now I added another user but it is not able to log in without adding the whole email. e.g. It doesn't work with "name2" It asks for "name2@gmail.com" as the user id.

Getting Full Page Data Added Successfully Message
One of my forms gets a full page "Data Added Successfully" message. The normal little pop-up message displays briefly and then my data form is replaced by a display that is nothing but the words "Data Added Successfully!". What is it and how do I stop it? How to rehide a field when a user deselects a checkbox
Hi everyone, I mastered the show field for checkbox selection earlier today (thanks to Herb) using the contains function. But need to ensure that when a user deselects a checkbox, the data is cleared from the field and the field hides again. I have tried notContains later in the script, so the system checks if the checkbox is clear, but it causes errors. I have also tried isnull, but cannot get this work. Any help would be appreciated. Editing Records from Reports don't link to base Form (since about 30 Minutes)
I've been working on a Creator application for the past couple of days and all of a sudden things don't work as they used to (since about 30 Minutes). Previously, when I clicked on the Edit button in the left-most column of a Report, the original base Form would appear with all the fields and all the validation logic, etc. Now what I'm getting is a dialog box with just the fields from the report. Hello. I would like when I submit something (e.g a lookup dropdown) then the form to keep as default value the last record. What I mean, If I have a lookup dropdown with: -select- food drink If I choose 'food' and click submit then I want to have food as default (for adding new record). The same if I choose 'drink'. calculating a midpoint date
Is there a way to calculate and store a date that is midway between two other dates? This is how I would expect it to be calculated, though I'm not sure how to code it: MidpointDate = StartDate + ( (EndDate - StartDate)/2 ) I want this field to be calculated when the StartDate and EndDate have been entered and then to have it stored within the same form. I also plan to create an email notification triggered by the calculated MidpointDate.

Lock date in Calendar View
Hi All, I'm working on a application that revolves around a Calendar View. The drag and drop feature is just superb however I've come up against an issue that I can't think of a way to solve so any help will be greatly appreciated. Hi All, When adding a record, the form loads full screen. Is there anyway of being able to edit records in full screen too rather than a window as shown below: The problem is that the edit window isn't wide enough to show the subform widths and the horizontal scroll bar is right at the bottom of the form.
