We are starting a campaign to update all the contacts under each of our accounts. We want to validate that the contact information is correct, the contact is current (still works there) and also update their level of communication they would like to receive from us (custom field we added to the CRM). I know I read somewhere that you can create a web form to email to each individual contact and have then directly update their own information. what we are trying to do is email our primary contact
How to import opportunities?
Hi all, I set up a couple of opportunities in the CRM itself, then exported them so that i had the correct field's etc for my larger import. I have created the spreedsheet to import and i think i have set up everything ok, except for two issues. 1) i am told that zoho cannot find the parent account with the account id that i have supplied (even though i have checked and they all like up to the correct account id) 2) i am told that zoho cannot create the opportunity with a blank opportunity id...

Import price with other attributions
Hello, I just imported the data of more than 1000 items in Zoho ZRM. Other attributions such as item's name, Quantity level, Quantity in stock were successfully imported to the system, while the column of unit price all showed 0. Could you please tell me how to import the price? Is there any previous data processing of setting I have to deal with? Thank you very much!!
Quote Line Items
I am trying to add a Line Item field to the quote template that lists the products in numerical order as they are added to the quote. For example if I add 5 different products to the quote the Line Item field should show Items 1 thru 5 on the quote. What is happening is that when I add a new product it automatically assigns it a line item no as it was entered into the Products Module. One of the common requests I get from our sales team is the ability to plan a route for the day/week using the customer information we have in Zoho. In other words, if they are visiting a customer who happens to be at 123 Main Street, Anytown, 60699, what other customers are in a certain radius of that address. Using CRM Variables in Webhooks parameters
Hi all, I have a question about Zoho CRM webhook, and the support can't help me. I am using webhooks, triggered by workflow rules, to update data from ZOHO CRM ( accounts, leads, ...) in another application. So I have several webhooks to push updates, deletes, creation, ... for several modules. All of these webhooks are using a specific parameter ( an api token) that is not the ZOHO CRM api token !!!!! ( I am sorry, but the zoho crm support on the live chat is not able to understand that, .....
Scheduled Reports Not Sending

Cannot delete or edit inventory template..
I'm trying to re-edit a quote 'inventory template' and the edit buttone is greyed out, when i hover over it, i get a pop up that says 'Sorry, You cannot edit of deletethis template as it has been deployed through the plug in' i have no idea what the 'plug in' refers too and need to be able to edit this, can anyone tell me how to do this? ive had no issues editing this prior to today.
mass update contact to assign contacts to a Campaign group(s)
I would love to have the ability to mass select a group of contacts and use the mass update option to add them to a specific campaign. I am not sure why this simple(?) action cant be done. Worse, the displayed results from campaigns - add existing contacts does not show the account name nor does it allow you to see other fields. can either of these be implemented?

I am trying to create a workflow that will send an email out to a lead only if they did not reply to the first email. Other than manually changing the lead status, is there a way to automate this process? Is there a way to track in ZOHO Campaign how many people replied to an email? I see open rate, bounce rate, etc. But no reply rate. Thanks Cathy

I need to check for duplicates on entering new contacts. My problem is, when I enter the new contact, "do not allow duplicates" on the email address shows me the the email address is already being used. So I do a global search and go to the contact. If the result is a true duplicate, no problem, I don't add it. But I have cases where two contacts in the same company use the same email address. Hi, I have a problem with CRM and my duplicated contacts. Hope someone can help. I'm trying to create a View List for a mass email out of Contacts. However when i created the list I end up getting a number of duplicated contacts. I ran the deduplicate contacts and studied the results. Turns out that the Contacts themselves are not duplicated. Rather the view list I created made a contact for each contact and the same subsequent contact for each product that that contact has listed on their page.

How do we manage permission to see other user's email sent to Zoho CRM contacts We have users not seeing emails sent by other users including myself. I even have emails sent by my own email account (various permitted aliases) that are captured by Zoho (leads are generated) but emails are not visible by myself. New User Capabilities
I want to add a new user that has the ability to schedule meetings for me (events and calls), however, I don't want the user to be able to access all of my Open Tasks, Events, and Calls in my calendar or the home page of the CRM. Lets face it, the Captcha feature does not eliminate all spam. I would like to put in a request to beef up the Zoho WebForm featue to eliminate the Captcha because it is an out of date and Bots still get around it. Tip to improve Facebook integration
The social plugin on a lead's page will lookup the lead based upon its name. Eg.: The name of my lead is 'Dick Tracey". When I click on "search for Dick Tracey on Facebook" I get 10 results. Which one is my lead. Here's my tip to improve this: I also have an email of Dick Tracy: dicktracey1975@yahoo.com (random address for this example) There's a good chance that Dick uses this same address as his facebook login. Hello, My company and I started using your product for about 2 weeks. We have decided to not use the Leads module because it does not have a Google Contacts sync for it (just Contacts has this). I have created several personalized fields in the Contact sheet. The same fields are present in the Deal sheet. My question is this: When I create a new deal from a certain contact can some of the fields be automatically copied from Contacts to Deals? It would greatly help me reduce the copy-paste needed.

Hi We want to setup a page where customers can sign up for our newsletter and we want to use the usual double opt-in procedure: 1. The customer enters his email 2. The custer receives an automated response email with a confirmation link 3. Only when the customer clicks on the link, his email is finaly added to our subscriber list The problem is step 2.
