Create online meetings for Booking Pages with Zoho Meetings and Zoom

We hope you're all doing well. We're excited to share some recent enhancements to Bigin's Booking Pages.

​

As you know, Booking Pages let you create public pages to share your availability so that your customers can easily book time slots with you for different purposes, such as scheduling calls or meetings.

​

Previously, Booking Pages only supported offline events. With this update, you can also create Booking Pages for online events that send meeting links directly through Zoho Meeting and Zoom Meeting for one-on-one event booking pages.

Online meetings

When you create a Booking Page, you'll now first choose the event type and fill in the necessary details. If it's an online meeting, you can select your preferred meeting provider (Zoho Meeting or Zoom Meeting).

Based on the provider, the appropriate meeting link will be emailed to customers when they make a booking.

Notes:

• The integrated meeting provider will be selected by default. If no provider is integrated, an authorization pop-up will appear for both.  

• When multiple users are assigned, an email will be sent to those who have not integrated with Zoho Meeting or Zoom Meeting, requesting that they complete the integration.

• If the assigned user's integration is not completed, it will be created as a normal event.
  

Offline meetings  

If it's an in-person meeting, you can specify the location type (participant location or business location).

• Participant location: This is captured from the location field in the Participant Form, where your customer can enter their preferred locations when they book meeting slots.
• Business location: You provide this location while creating the booking page.
