Deleting Email In Zoho Mail Deletes Email From Contact In Zoho CRM
Any chance anybody has a fix for this? If I manually attach via Outlook, email saves to contact/lead record. Same with new dropbox feature. If deleted in Zoho Mail, email message is deleted from contact in CRM.

Hello, I am now investigating API functionality and I can not receive leads by campaign/receive campaigns. i want to use API on www.jettmesaj.com When calling https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Leads/getRecords?authtoken=token&scope=crmapi%20&select&fromIndex=10000&toIndex=10200 I am receiving all leads but there is no such field 'campaign id' or 'campaign name'. When potentials are won AND services are finished, potential is marked closed won and unbilled. Adding a "Zoho mail add-on" user appears to have reset all existing mails previously listed in CRM?
I have used the Zoho mail add-on for CRM for a long time now, and I am happy to be able to see any mail correspondence with a contact in CRM just by scrolling down to the "Emails" section. However I have recently purchased an additional license for the mail add-on because we have a new user, and after activating the new extra license all existing mail information in the CRM appears to be reset or erased or what you want to call it. It is things like this that makes a user/administrator kind of nervous..

Hi Guys, is it possible to user more than one telephonenumber with Zoho PhoneBridge? Every Agent in our company has 2 different phonenumbers for different projects. We have actually 1 extension per user in Phonebridge. So is it possible to give every user a second phonebridge with the second phonenumber? Build custom apps - question re application
Hi I am using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator separately. I run a web development company. I use Zoho CRM Accounts to hold client data. I was using additional fields to hold information about the website (domain, hosting location, account type etc). The problem is that some clients have more that one website. Could I move the website data to a custom app in Zoho Creator? Could I link one ZOHO CRM account to more than one record in the ZOHO Creator app? Thanks Brendon

Quickbooks Products into Zoho CRM
Also, the Products aren't pulling in all our inventory items. The transfer pulled in Service items and Other Charge items (from Quickbooks), but didn't pull in any Inventory Parts. What is Zoho looking for to integrate Products with Quickbooks and what do I need to fix?

I just signed up for a month for CRM and the Mail addon. I was told that I could have up to 5 POP accounts for the email. That was great because I have different businesses and use different email addresses for them. Just now I discovered that while the emails attach to the contacts in the CRM, I can only look at stored emails from one email address at a time in the CRM. That makes the system unusable for me. Some people do use more than one of my email addresses and I'd never be able to see everything

I submitted Feedback Earlier today, after I clicked Submit , the screen blinked but no indication that my Feedback was sent. If it was, Zoho is going to see the same feedback about 2 or 4 times because I keep trying alternatives and submitted again. Zoho crm not syncing correctly with zoho reports
I have recently added zoho reports to my crm however the report is not pulling the correct data. The problem is directly with the forecast category not recognizing my stage labeled "Demo Sale on spot" as a closed opportunity. For some reason it keeps it in the pipeline and does not allow me to label it as closed. Why does the Google Mail plugin not offer the most rudimentary feature of 'open this contact in Zoho CRM?? This would be the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT for such a plugin, how have you been so poor in your usability design to miss it? Quickbooks versions supported - WAY out of date now.
Why are you not keeping up with the Quickbooks versions? Quickbooks is sunsetting all versions you support in 2013. Is the connector really only good for QB2010??? Because of the QB sunset policy, I have had to update to 2013.
