Hello, Is it possible to query any logs to track a missing email? Just interested in finding if an email someone said they sent me was actually received on the Zoho platform (regardless of spam filtering etc). Many thanks.
Time Zone (Mato Grosso do Sul )
Hello, okay? I was setting up my email but could not find the time zone of my locality. I'm in Mato Grosso do Sul - Brazil, the problem here is that precisely the time zone is different from the rest of the country, when we are in winter is -4 hours and when we are in summer is -3 hours. Unable to send invitation for bonus mailbox
Dear Helper, whenever I try to invite someone for bonus mailbox for my domain (iniciativapublicitaria.com); it says: "You can start referring other domains only after you change the mx records of your domain" But I'm pointing to mx.zohomail.com and mx2.zohomail.com since yesterday. And I'm able to send/receive mails from existing mail accounts. Please fix the issue and let me avail bonus mailbox at your earliest. Please help. Thanks. Leandro

Migration - can't chage port
I want to do a migration and the port I need to use is 995 SSL. But I can't edit the port number in the migration screen - it is fixed on 993. How do I change this field? Thanks
Any way to get .tk domains working again?
Is there any future for .tk domains with Zoho? It was one of the main selling points for me. Any workarounds? I think if you are worried about spam and Zoho being unrepeatable, perhaps have a catchpa, or outgoing spam filters on free domains?

Spam/Mail Filters
All the mail that gets sent through my website forms gets placed directly into spam. I tried setting up a filter to have it go into the inbox instead but it only works when I manually run the filter from the settings. I also can't figure out how to disable the spam filter. Any ideas or similar issues?
Individual Account Migration
I am trying to move email that is currently hosted on a FastMail account to Zoho. There are a number of individual accounts that will need to be migrated over and I do not have access to the passwords for each. I am wondering if it is possible for each individual user to login to their new Zoho account and migrate their email from FastMail to Zoho, or if the administrator (me) needs to migrate all the accounts through a "master account". On the other hand, is it possible to set up the new accounts
How to remove one of my email addresses from my ZohoMail account
Hi, I would like to know how to remove one of my email addresses from my ZohoMail account? I currently have two email addresses in my account. The 1st email address created is seen as to administrator. Then I created a 2nd email address. I would like to remove or make inactive the 1st email address I created but it seems difficult as the email address is linked to the administrator account. Any advices? Cheers A.

I've just set up a domain on Zoho, and I'm loving it so far! importing email addresses to white and black lists
As part of my migration from my previous email server to Zoho Mail, I'd like the option to import a user's white or black list from the previous server. This is becoming an issue for our users who have customers they email with regularly, which were whitelisted on the previous server, and are being flagged into the spam folder on Zoho. I did see a previous post discussing this. I'm hoping that there is now a way to import this information from the control panel. It would be a very valuable tool!

Stumped here. I have a main zohn email: xxx@zoho.com. I also have 2 alias emails: xxx@anotherdomain.com So now I want to create another 4th alias for incoming and outgoing email at a different domain than @anotherdomain.com except when I am in mail accounts under mailbox aliases and click on" add new alias," it only gives me a field before @anotherdomain.com. I don't see how to add an entirely new domain alias other than @zoho.com or @anotherdomain.com Need help. Thanks for any clues.

Hi, i used my domain to create an email account. But after that it alerts me an internal error whenever i try to add the same domain. I try to add f.i. an .com domain and it worked. So, does zoho not support the dot.tk domain? how can i solve this? thanks

Bonus Users - How to Use
Ok, I do not wish to look a gift horse in the mouth, but I am slightly confused about the five bonus users from referral. If I upgrade my account, do these five upgrade too or do they remain basically free user accounts rather than upgraded ones? Also what happens to my pre-existing Zoho email accounts? Do they remain the same as they are, or do I have to upgrade all of them too? If so, can the five bonus accounts be used for them?
Trouble migrating from GoDaddy with IMAP protocol
Hello - I seem to be unable to migrate emails from GoDaddy using IMAP protocol. I need this because I have many folders in the GoDaddy accounts that need to be migrated. What do I need to do differently to get this to work? Also, what about the Sent folder from GoDaddy? Thank you.

Can anyone help? I've tried several times to initiate a migration from GoDaddy to Zoho Mail, but it keeps saying "in progress" but then when I click on it, it says "No data found for this account". I've emailed Zoho Support but they haven't replied.

Share GBs between the users in a company
I would like to ask you if it is possible to share the GBs between the users in our company. As you can see from the image all the users have 10GB Basic Storage (each of them). Some users only needs 1-2 GBs because they are not active users in our company. So is it possible to use the other 8GBs to another user (in the same company)?

struggling to configure multiple domains and multiple inboxes
hi all, i have three domains that i'm trying to set up: -domain1.com -domain2.com -domain3.com i have them added as domains and verified them in zoho i have set up groups and have a single user account, but has two email addresses - my non-zoho account and one of my zoho accounts (login@domain1.com) i seem to be able to get mail sent and received through domain1.com i cannot find my inbox or receive email for domain3.com and domain2.com (i prefer to have separate inboxes for each domain)

Hi, We recently referred an new organization to use ZOHOMAIL and we have received confirmation of the 5 FREE user accounts ( as seen under MAIL STORAGE ). Our organization has already 10 functional email accounts.... we want to add 1 more. When we go to ADD new user, the user appears in the INVITATION TAB with status PENDING. How can this user possibly accept his invitation if he still has no email account? We tried adding a user with an existing email and this works, but we would prefer that
