Dear Zoho staff, first a big thank you for providing the free tear service, it means a lot for me to be able to outsource to you the mail service. I've made the migration of my old email via IMAP and it states is completed however the number differs: Folder Name Total Msgs Migrated Msgs INBOX.Old Mail 1568 1191 INBOX.Sent 1094 1094 INBOX 4065 3951 INBOX.Drafts 46 46 INBOX.Trash 13 13 I wonder if this is because I've already finished my free 5Gb or if there are other reason behind. mail storage tab
Domain setup - Zoho has green check mark saying domain verified...but I didn't verify
this doesn't allow me to get code to add with godaddy so I can verify. So on domain setup its show green check mark and says site has been verified. When I go to control panel and click on 'Domain' it has help message saying I need to verify the domain?
One of my accounts is blocked
One of my accounts was blocked yesterday. It say that was caused because the daily limit of 300mb was exceeded. However, today the account still appear as blocked. Can you please help? thanks

Hi, I would like to know how to set up my email so that it threads any communication back and fourth between me and someone else. It currently shows each email separately and that honestly just takes a lot of space and makes it look like I have a lot of emails in my inbox. Any help?

Hi Team Zoho I have created my zohoaaps and now Iam facing an issue in using my one of admin mail ID. admin@oasesnephro.com People who try to send mail to this id are getting bounced. All other mail accounts are working fine. Iam not able to fix this issue from my admin login. Please guide me on how to fix this issue.

mail from my domain blocked by Comcast
I am setting up email for my small business. Our domain is hosted with another company, but we want to use Zoho for our domain email. I have updated the MX records with our domain host, and now I am able to send and receive email from the Zoho/domain email. I encountered a problem today, in sending to my personal email @comcast.net. Apparently, the number of emails I have sent back and forth have caused Comcast to flag the activity as spam. Won't display mail page
I logged into my mailbox. The page remains on the Zoho main page "Take control of your inbox". It says "Hello B..." in the top right, and under that, there is a large red button that says "Access zoho mail". So I clicked on the button - nothing happens. The page reloads, and stays exactly where it was. I deleted the cookies, which meant I had to sign in again. Same result. Just when and how will I be able to see my mail again?
New Zoho account adding Mail user
I've been in the trial period for CRM and Mail, and have just signed up in both for a two user license. I'm trying to add a second user to Mail, so we can share the same POP accounts that have been set up in my Mail account. The invitation to her is showing as pending, and has not been received at her email address. When I tried to use the option to import a CRM user to Mail, it confirms, but nothing changes in my User Details page - I am the only one listed.

I have created my my organization's portal through Zoho Control panel. I would like to know if there is a way to access the mailbox without writing the domain name if I am logging in through the portal.
Restricting access to location or IP address
I would like to know if there is anyway to set up a restriction to where users in our company can only log in to Zoho CRM or Zoho Business from our office and not from their home? I know we can go into each user and set up the IP restriction but since it's technically their account they can just go in and remove the restriction if they want. I really think there needs to be better administration for the CRM or the business module to where you can set up those restrictions based on the user role.
Migrating Yahoo Mail Sent and Folders to Zoho
Hello, I am thrilled to have discovered Zoho after the huge debacle going on with Yahoo Mail (where I was a user of 15+ years), which has gutted the service of all business functionality. I have successfully migrated all emails in my Yahoo Inbox to my Zoho Inbox. How do I best migrate all emails from Yahoo Sent to Zoho Sent, and from my Yahoo Folders to Zoho Folders/Labels? Hi The mail account storage usage is showing up as 0% although all the accounts have at least a few hundred MB worth of emails, some as high as 4 GB. IMAP Migration — Map Sent Items to Sent....
Here's a common problem. The Sent folder on the other email service is called Sent Items. Rather than put those into the Sent folder on migration, it creates a separate folder. Is there any way I can have this done as part of the migration process. One of the Sent Items on an account I expect to migrate shortly has 25,000 messages. Manually moving them would be time-consuming and work against the migration feature. Solutions? Peace, Gene Steinberg
IMAP migration extremely slow
Hi I've run multiple migrations over the past few days and they have all finished quickly but the current migration is taking far longer than expected. This migration is for just one user with around 6k emails and has been running for over 6 hours now and is not even 50% complete based on the migration info. Please advise what can be done to speed this up. We were hoping to switch to ZOHO Mail today but this unexpected delay is holding that up. Thanks Sufi

TXT verification fails
Hello I just verified the domain ownership in order to use Zoho as my e-mail provider for the domain. The CNAME method does not work because my DNS provider appends the domain name as a suffix to any CNAME entries, so I had to use the TXT method. At first I tried to use the @ name for the TXT record, and it did not work. I could access the TXT record from an external DNS query service (mxtoolbox), but it did not verify. Can't separate normal account from superuser account.
When I created my Zoho account earlier today I created admin@mostek.org with the intention of having an account for administration separate from my email account. When I tried to create a new account for myself it said something about it already existed. I tried making changes but was unable to simply change the name of the account. I currently have admin@mostek.org and chris@mostek.org which seem to be the same thing. I changed the chris@mostek.org account to primary but I'm not able to delete
Change default email
At initial setup, I made the wrong email address my default. I can't seem to find how to change it to what I want. To clarify: I initially set "office@..." to be my default, but I want "admin@..." to be the default. When I try to change it to "admin@..." under my "Profile", I get an error that the email already exists, which of course I know, I just want to change the default address to this.

Hello Support members, I want to make the following request for my account: Can you please increase the number of IP ranges I can define under Control Panel > Email Routing >Incoming Gateway to 10 [I can add 3 at the moment] ? Reason for this request: I am using an email filtering system that can send from 10 IP ranges and if I can define these 10 ranges in Zoho mail I can utilize the "Reject mails from Non-inbound IPs" option and secure the account even more by rejecting mail from all other unrecognized IPs.

How & where to Login?
Hello (Sorry if I appear weird, as I am totally baffled using this service) 1. While signing in, the ID used (Admin ID of domain, to be used for login at Zoho) is nowhere to be seen/used. 2. Hey out there- I did something really stupid. I deleted a couple of our employees email accounts. I can't be the only idiot trying to manage an email system. Added mailbox but can't use it
Hi My account (deslea.com) has seven mailboxes (standard 10GB plus one additional). It currently has six users. When I attempt to add another user I get the error "Max user license limit reached. Please purchase/ugrade license to add more user(s) with mailboxes." It doesn't seem to recognise that I have an additional mailbox. How do I add the extra user? Do I have to do it in some other part of the control panel because it's an extra?
