I am trying to add a fourth domain name to the list of delivery options but get the error message in the heading. Is this a fixed threshold or can I increase it?

Unable to send invitation for bonus mailbox
Dear Helper, whenever I try to invite someone for bonus mailbox for my domain (gdllava.com); it says: "You can start referring other domains only after you change the mx records of your domain" But I'm pointing to mx.zohomail.com and mx2.zohomail.com since yesterday. And I'm able to send/receive mails from exiting mail accounts. What's the problem? Please fix the issue and let me avail bonus mailbox at your earliest. Because if I can't create sufficient email accounts for this domain by tomorrow;

Name Change Not working
My name change in the mail account is not working, whenever I change it, the same is not reflected back in the mail account. It shows that the name has been changed but when I send the mail - the same is not reflected. Any solution to this?
My Domain Disappeared
Hello. I have signed up Zoho previous week. I have a server and a domain verimlibinalar.com. I had registered and verified this domain on Domains page in control panel. Hello. I'm new to Zoho, so, I might be experiencing just a minor issue with an easy solution, still, any help would be much appreciated. Sending from an email address on my hosted domain, I recieve "__@zoho.com on behalf of ...." as the sender in outlook. This happens when I send from my administrator account, using me@mydomain.com as the email address. However, it does not happen when I send from me@myotherdomain.CA. I created a custom signature, but when I send an email, a signature that was a former Zoho mail account appears.
Cannot add more users
I have always had 5 users, and recently deleted one to replace him with someone else. After deleting, when I try to add a new user (still within 5 free), I get this message: "Max user license limit reached. Please purchase/ugrade license to add more user(s) with mailboxes." How do I login as "super-admin" I am the only one with access to this account, and am still setting it up and can't create a CNAME to connect the correct email. It's all any of the directions say to do and I have no clue where to find that in the interface when logged in or logged out.

Fail to create mail account.
I want to create a mail account but it fails with the following message. Given emailId already exists. I believe this is because I deleted a mail account which had the exact same name. I tried again, after deleting and re-creating domain & organization, but failed again. The reason why I deleted the mail account is the migration problem, but I want to solve this problem now, because I am nervous that until this problem is solved I cannot get any email.

Can't disable two step authentication
Two issues: 1) I can't find a way to re-scan a barcode for google authenticator, since I had to wipe my phone. 2) So I tried to disable two step authentication, but it keeps asking me for a code, which I can't get, and have used 3 of my 5 backup codes, which I can't regenerate. So, soon I'll be locked out of my account. Any suggestions besides switching mail hosts?

DKIM Authentication and MX Check Not Working
Hi! I've played around and tried everything in my DNS records (even changing domain hosts) so that I will get the domain keys authenticated. On checking with http://dkimcore.org/c/keycheck, it shows that it is a valid key record. On the other hand, it only shows that it is a record. (It does not crosscheck real signature hashes on real emails that are verified by Zoho.) On my end, I cannot start using DKIM signatures since Mail Admin > Org > DomainKeys validation have always failed. I don't know
