How best to set up sub-groups
Hello! My organization has a marketing team for individual social media platforms (e.g. YouTube team, Twitter team, Twitch team, etc.) We would like the staff of each of those teams to receive email from their relevant social media platforms in a stream, however, upper management also needs access to those streams. I'm wondering if there's a way to combine streams, so that upper management could have a stream called "Social" that combines all the individual streams (YouTube, Twitter, etc.) into one.

I believe that some configuration was done by you that makes it impossible to use in this type system.
Outlook asks for password for IMAPPRO
For the last 3 days Outlook prompts for password to imappro server on some of our clients. Clicking OK several times dissmisses this window for a short time. No one password was changed, email works correctly, but this makes our users nervous.

Unknown Error Outlook Email Client
A few of our email accounts of the same domain on zoho is no longer working on our outlook client. The error codes are the same "Unknown Error Has Occurred" Code 150 However, from the web and app based email, the mails are receiving fine. All other emails outside of this domain is working fine in the same email client. Anyone faced with such issues? Help needed.

Signed up for a free account nearly two years ago. Had it setup on mail client, no problem receiving email, sending or reply. But when I try to login to my email from web page I get the following error: No such account. Can someone help in this matter please? Many thanks in advance. Best, phil

Disappearing access to email - EU related
Hi I've created an email account for my wife and have a major problem with accessing it. When she navigates to the zoho mail login she gets taken to the EU login page and when entering the all account name and password information it says no such account. When I try and create a new account then with the same, non-existent email address I get told it's already in use. A simple way forward would be appreciated. Tim

When I go into the control panel it says no alias found and to add a new one and when I try I get an error message that says there is already one there. When I send test, it doesn't appear to be working.

Hi, Our team is trying to hire a new team member recently. One day the boss asked how the recruiting is going on, so I filtered all the resume emails into a folder called "candidates", and called each of the candidates, and added a tag for each resume mail, such as “only wants to work part-time’, “says our office is too far away”, “not interested in product marketing and wants to be a PM”, etc. Then I shared this folder to boss, but all the tags disappeared. SPF softfail not in spam but Inbox
I regularly receive emails in my inbox while an SPF softfail is specified in the mail header. In the settings I have indicated that they must go to the Quarantaine folder. Why doesn't that happen? Special on these emails is that the sender uses my own email address. But softfail = softfail regardless of the sender. Example off such a email is attached

I have, after a slight battle, loaded up Zoho mail and CRM. I was hoping that contacts created in mail would appear in the CRM, and some web help pages suggest this. Its not happening for me. Is this because it is not available for free versions or have I missed something in the settings? thanks

My Email associated to my Zoho account was accidentally deleted. That email was the administrator email linked to my domain, that was the same email I used to create my Zoho email. Dear All, In the Settings field I can create filters which redirect the emails to the folders which I want. If I want to redict the Bcc emails which I receive what should I select? Because the dropdown menu does not contain the Bcc. I think that I have to select 'To' but I am not sure.
Server action for POP3 "delete"
As a new user of Zoho mail I was surprised to find that there is no way to tell the server that when I delete mail from my Inbox (including Spam, if the option to present that to POP3 downloads is enabled) it doesn't actually get deleted from the server, just marked so that it is not presented to POP3 again as new mail.
