Data is the star of your CRM, isn't it? That's what everything revolves around. So it's only right that adding or migrating data into your CRM should be no rocket science. The flexibility to add data through multiple channels is always beneficial for a CRM user. Presenting to you the six ways to add data to your Bigin account:
1) Easy Import from XLS, CSV:
Uploading data into your CRM has never been easier. Just check if the file format matches our supported formats mentioned below and voila! You're good to go!
- Excel (XLS, XLSX)
- Comma Separated Value (CSV)
- Business Card or vCard Format (VCF)
Bigin also provides you with a detailed view of your import history, an undo import feature to always clean up any unintentional mess, and an export option to convert your data into a spreadsheet or PDF that can then be shared externally.
2) Web Forms:
Collecting and adding in data manually is such a task. We've been there, and done that! But don't worry, we've made it effortless for you. Web Forms can help you by instantly capturing the information submitted by your potential customer and adding them automatically as contacts in your Bigin account through the workflows module. By making certain fields mandatory, you will be able to obtain significant information from customers who visit your site! It does not have to stop there, you can also notify your team when there's a new incoming lead by assigning them to users.
3) Card Scanner:
No more hassle of carrying a bunch of business cards that perhaps might not be of use. Using Zoho Card Scanner you can scan a business card or QR code, and all the details get filled in the relevant fields automatically to create a new contact in Bigin.
4) Create on the go
Data is Bigin indicates companies, contacts, products, and pipelines. Data relating to each of the modules can be added manually. You will also be able to add the company details of the contact and link it directly from the contacts module.
5) Integrations:
You can easily import and sync contacts from other vendors like Microsoft 365, Google, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zoho Books, Zoho Forms, etc, with Bigin using integrations topping. Not just contacts but events can also be synchronized from Bigin with Google, Microsoft, and vice versa. Disabling the integration will no longer allow the contacts and the events to be synced between Microsoft 365 and Bigin. The Contacts and events that are synchronized from Bigin in your Microsoft 365 account will be deleted.
6) Email-in:
The Email-In topping helps you create email aliases for the pipelines in your Bigin account and automatically convert the emails received by these aliases into a new record in the respective pipeline. If the email is from an existing Contact, the pipeline record created will be associated with that contact.If the email is from a new customer then a contact record will be created with the sender's email address and it will be associated with the pipeline record.
