Zoho Mail

New languages support

Zoho Mail now supports four new languages: Bodo, Dogri, Kashmiri and Santhali.

Color coding your email listings

Tired of staring at that bland inbox all day? Want to make it more fun and functional? Simply apply tags to your emails and watch your inbox transform into a burst of colors. It not only adds a visual layer to your inbox but also makes navigation easy as you effortlessly distinguish between various types of emails with enhanced clarity and ease. Add some color to your inbox today!

Craft your responses and compositions with unique Signatures

We understand that composing and replying to emails has its unique nuances. You can now have separate signatures for both replying and composing emails.Tailor your emails with distinct signatures, and keep your responses consistent, and stand out with personalized unique signatures. 

Zia Summarize is now available to all your mail accounts

Zia effortlessly summarizes emails from your inbox, but we've taken it a step further. Now, you can summarize emails not just from your primary inbox but also from your POP, IMAP, and delegated mail accounts. Have a comprehensive email summarization experience with Zia Summarize! 

PGP Encryption in Zoho Mail

With PGP integration, your conversations are fortified with an extra layer of protection through powerful encryption, protecting your sensitive information from unauthorized access. Generate and store public and private keys right within your mailbox. Use these keys to send encrypted emails to your recipients and add a touch of authenticity by digitally signing your emails, verifying your legitimacy with every communication.

Zoho Calendar

Discover Meeting rooms in your location effortlessly and save time

When you select 'Add Room' during event creation, you will now have access to a list of all rooms available in your location, automatically fetched. Additionally, easily refine your search by filtering for minimum seating capacity and desired amenities while booking your room.

Zoho Writer

Search and embed high-quality images from Pexels into your documents right from within Zoho Writer.

Zoho Notebook extension for Zoho Writer

Create notes and checklists, add images, and attach files on your documents in Zoho Writer without having to switch tabs.

Introducing smart composing and on-the-fly formatting features in Writer

Leverage the power of generative AI, slash commands, and distraction-free formatting to quickly and easily create, compose, edit, format, and layout content in Writer.

Zoho Cliq

Customize bot menu icons

Customize your bot menu action icons, including changing their colors. These icons will add a touch of style to the bot menu actions and convey more meaning visually.

Open chat in widgets

Open chat windows right alongside a widget to quickly access your conversations, thereby minimizing context switching.

Zoho Meeting

Hands-free solution to connect over virtual meetings in conference rooms

Zoho Meeting Rooms integrates seamlessly with your conference room displays, providing a high-quality meeting experience. You can create and manage multiple meeting rooms, and connect those with the rooms controller instantly. And while scheduling a meeting, you can quickly associate an available meeting room for the session.

Pin videos to focus on particular participants

With the new Pin feature in Zoho Meeting, you can pin up to 8 video feeds and customize your layout so that the important speakers are always heard on your online meetings. By pinning, you can bring the video feeds of specific participants into focus, regardless of who's currently speaking, and have a customized collaborative experience like never before.

Project question in webinar

You can project a question during live webinar to ensure that everyone in your webinar will view that particular question in a more prominent way on their screens.

Advanced control over session recordings

Our latest update gives organization admins more control over meeting and webinar recordings. Organization admins can now enforce auto-recording for sessions, and prevent hosts from accessing, sharing, downloading, and even deleting session recordings.

Custom sender and reply-to email addresses

You can now configure the sender and reply-to email addresses for your meeting invitations and follow-up reminders. While configuring, you can replace the default email address with either the meeting host's email address or a custom email address.

Make sure that the articles you share on the Manuals are reviewed, ensuring accurate, helpful, and trustworthy information, by setting up reminders for verification.

Introducing the personal dashboard

Earlier, we had introduced the company dashboard, a bulletin board for all organizational information. What if individual users can bring together what matters most to them? This is exactly what the personal dashboard does. It helps you and every single member create a personalized pin-up board of resources for themselves.

Save board filters as presets

Use our existing Board filters to bring out just the tasks you need and keep it that way by saving the filters as presets. You can also share the saved presets with other members of the Board.

View weekly and monthly Gantt chart reports

Get a view of tasks scheduled over time by generating weekly or monthly reports of the existing Gantt chart.
