Select multiple records to send email
Would like to know if there is any possibility to select multiple records from the address diary application that I have created using ZOHO? There are 100's of records in the address diary application along with email ID as a field. Is there any possibility that users can select multiple records and click one button to send email to the selected contacts? appreciate any idea to solve this requirement. Thanks in advance!

Openurl - problem with date format in url needing to be different to default application date format
Hi, I am embedding date ranges that come from form entry data fields (date format) to be used in an OPENURL command to select records for a view based on the record date being between the specified range of the dates passed via the OPENURL command. I couldn't get any recofrds selected so I tinkered with the URL and changed the date in the actual URL in the browser (as input from the form in the URL) from dd-mm-yy to dd-mmm-yy and to my surprise, it worked. And after much changing of date format

Reports interaction for users
Hello, I have created a chart report and I have shared it with a user. The user could access the report but could not interact with it. I'll explain what I mean. When I put the mouse over a bar a tooltip appears that says "Click to see the data". If a click it I get the records related to that bar. The problem is that the user doesn't get the tooltip and could not get the records although I have shared the report with him. Thanks, FMN
Filter across tables
I have a number of assets (automobiles) The automobiles have a number of tyres fitted. plus an exhaust to reduce emissions. With a number of automobiles comes lots of tyres and exhausts. I have created 3 tables. The first one is for the “Automobile” with a unique ID. I linked the other two tables (“tyres” and “exhausts”) using the unique ID. How do I choose an automobile (ID) and filter and show in the other 2 tables so as to show just the attached tyres and exhaust for that unique ID. is
Report limitation
When I was in free account, I did 1 report and erase it. Then a message says " You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more " Well, it was free. No complains. Now I have upgrade it to basic plan, I have not created any report but today I got: You can only have a maximum of 5 reports under this account. Report Limitation (user or application based)
Sorry for the newbie question, but I'm a newbie. :-) Is the report limitation of 2 based on the Zoho user or the specific application being generated? I.E. Can I have 2 reports per each of my 3 apps; or am I limited to 2 reports total for all 3 apps combined? Set Criteria Changed
Hi, The Set Criteria in the Form View has changed. I used to be able to just select my fields and it would bring up options for me to choose. Now it is just a blank box where I have to write in the code myself and I don't know what to put? I have a database with people and I would like to have multiple options when searching. Auto fill a subform based on a common field
In my current database I have all of our customer information and the order information in one table. Every time a customer reorders we create a new record with all of the customer info and the new order info. In my trial with Creator I see that you have a "subform" option which seems like a much better way to handle the information. I split the information and imported it in two different Forms, one for the customers and one for the orders. In the main "Customer" form I added a subform so that

I would like my form to show current date and time when the field called "Master" (which is a drop-down field) has the value "Received" or "Reorder (on file)". How do I do this? Unable to create second report in Zoho Creater
I only have 1 report in my application, which I created yesterday. There is no button to be able to create a second report. The banner at the top states " You can only have a maximum of 2 reports under this account. Kindly upgrade to a suitable plan to create more" I only have 1 and am allowed 2. I am already a PAID $25.00/month account. I wish to create a second report that I am allowed. Combining data from form and view to ascertain count
Hi, I am taking input from 2 forms. One to take details of students, the other to take details of instructors. Each student is allocated to an instructor, so I have 3 views. One is a table of students. A second is a table of instructors, and a third is a reduced view of the instructors to show only one field other than name, that is a number of private students the instructor has. Show fields and save ID in dropdown menu
In a form I have a lookup field called Dipendente (form Dipendenti) that contain ID field but is displayed as "Name Surname" (Advanced display options). This lookup field is child of another field (Cooperativa). When I select the Cooperativa, the child field show only filtered records. Scheduler auto disabled
I have a schedule set to daily count the age of a record. This worked fine, until my users complained that the ages were wrong. On looking at the application, I indeed noticed that most entries after the beginning of 2012 were still aged 0, even though they were quite a few days in the system. Hi We have firewalled our LAN to block all internet traffic. We need to ALLOW only Zoho services in particular Zoho creator. Our route does not accept domain and thus we need to allow the Zoho IP addresses.
